Reunion pt.5
“Really. My condition can’t fall any lower anyway. I won’t treat you badly from being shocked again.”
“…”
“Really. I just came to persuade you nicely. I want to connect with you in a way that you’ll like.”
“Then if I keep rejecting you?”
“I’ll have to give up then…”
“Really?”
“Yes.”
An obvious lie. If he was going to give up, he wouldn’t have appeared now after a year. At In-woo’s doubt, Radel smiled faintly.
“If you truly wanted to break up with me, I was planning to try. Taking a year away was partly to separate myself from you but… I also needed time to think for myself.”
“Think about what.”
“Whether I was really okay without you.”
“…”
“I wasn’t okay, really. I endured and endured before coming… Because I really couldn’t take it anymore… Plus you were saying strange things too.”
The desperate voice felt like pure sincerity. He had been looking into Radel’s eyes with constant doubt until now, but if he kept looking he felt he might be persuaded… In-woo weakly lowered his gaze.
“…”
And lost his words for a different reason than before.
“You…”
“Yes?”
“You, you bastard…”
“…What?”
His voice suggesting he didn’t know what he did wrong was so detestable it gave In-woo goosebumps. Radel’s face when In-woo quickly looked up was truly nonchalant as if he was unaware of his sin. In-woo rubbed his goosebump-covered arms.
“You!”
“Yes, what is it?”
“You, why are you standing like that?”
Despite vomiting blood profusely just minutes ago, his blood circulation seems quite good still. Between Radel’s legs, that central part was standing rigidly er*ect, making his pants protrude upward. Only then discovering it, Radel responded lightly with an “Ah.”
“Actually, I’m in a rut right now…”
“…And what’s that?”
Though he really didn’t want to know, he had to ask to understand the situation. Radel lowered his gaze while blushing with an extremely detestable expression. Maybe it was his imagination, but it seemed to get even harder below at In-woo’s reproachful gaze.
“It’s the heat period that alphas have. S*xual desire gets stronger, and, well, when faced with an imprint partner it gets really arousing and hard to control.”
“You beast…”
Castrate him. Though he muttered that, Radel paid no mind. Though expressionless at first glance, In-woo being familiar with Lee Sun-ho detected a familiar look in the unfamiliar face.
This bastard, his eyes have completely lost it… Radel’s explicitly aroused gaze persistently scanned In-woo, as if he was trying to devour him.
“Mmm, In-woo…”
Groaning lowly, Radel surprisingly began undoing his pants. In-woo was shocked.
“Stop it, you crazy bastard…”
In-woo’s eyes and voice trembled more anxiously than ever before. The Radel before him was completely insane. To pull down his pants in this situation, this was true madness.
With hazily unfocused eyes, Radel saw In-woo’s disgust and instead became more aroused, breathing roughly. Between his undone pants, his member that had become rigid without doing anything sprang out. Something that sometimes looked like a frightening weapon even when they were lovers. Now feeling even more threatening, In-woo anxiously looked for an escape route.
“Kim In-woo…”
“S-stop it.”
“Stop what?”
His nonchalant response, truly not understanding what In-woo meant, was mind-boggling. Watching his crazy ex-lover who had started stroking his exposed member, In-woo swallowed hard.
Should he run? The thought that crossed his mind momentarily was immediately rejected. There was no need to needlessly provoke the other by running away. He had experienced firsthand how Radel could react when cornered. But what other solution was there in this situation besides running away?
This was truly an unavoidable situation.
Backed into a corner, Kim In-woo swallowed hard. Radel approached on his knees toward In-woo who was watching him tensely. After examining In-woo’s complexion, Radel naturally stood up and got onto the sofa. In-woo’s back straightened with tension at the rough breathing Radel released from above as he got very close. Glancing up slightly, Radel’s expression that had been detestably pretending to be shy had changed to be quite fierce with arousal.
This is truly unavoidable…
In-woo quickly resigned himself. No, saying he resigned now would be incorrect. For the past year, Kim In-woo had wanted to face Radel at every moment. Even while saying he hated him, the love was actually much greater.
He dreamed every day. Terrible nightmares where Radel appeared. When he barely woke from the nightmares, the reality without Radel choked In-woo. The inescapable reality weighed heavier than the nightmares. Eventually In-woo often drank alcohol. When alcohol wasn’t enough, he forcibly slept with sleeping pills. And continued dreaming that way. They were nightmares.
In the nightmares, In-woo could breathe. Like a fish spending its whole life in a small fish tank having nowhere else to live, In-woo felt alive only when seeing Radel in his dreams.
Back when living in the cage, In-woo faced crisis whenever he left the cage. It’s the same now. In-woo still couldn’t leave the cage. The familiar self-loathing intertwined with the satisfaction of finally meeting the real Radel made In-woo miserable.
“Don’t cry.”
Radel tried to comfort In-woo. Being comforted while highly aroused and holding his member didn’t soothe his heart at all. Engraving in his eyes the appearance that could cool even a thousand years of love, In-woo tried to hold back his tears. But his brain, perhaps having gone wrong somewhere, couldn’t recognize the unsightly Radel as something ridiculous.
“Ha, In-woo…”
“Move…”
“I missed you, In-woo…”
Just as he was about to tell him to stop talking nonsense, tears absurdly fell. He missed him? While he could have come anytime but didn’t, he says he missed him?
Radel quickly stuck out his tongue and licked In-woo’s eyes. Then as though it were precious, he kept drinking the continuously flowing tears. Despite the affectionate gesture, In-woo just felt anger rising.
“Get away, you son of a b*tch…”
“I’m sorry, I missed you.”
“Don’t lie.”
“I love you. I thought only of you every day.”
Words that perfectly mirrored In-woo’s anxious heart wrapped around his ears. They seemed to have been drawn directly from In-woo’s deepest worries. If another lover had said them, he would have just accepted it as understanding their partner well, but because it was Radel, it bred anxiety and suspicion. Could he possibly be reading In-woo’s mind even now?
