I think the FL gets married and when she gets to the bridal chamber, the man she thought she married was switched with her character’s original cheating husband, who is the male lead.
So I think either her husband at the venue was already him, but she couldn’t see his face well because of the wedding veil or because she never met her fiance in the first place.
