Serena’s lips parted in shock, her composure forgotten, as she took in a world she had never seen before.
The dim room was lit only by strange, colorful lights, and behind glass walls stood rooms filled with n*ked people. Over the refined music playing softly in the background, sharp cries echoed like staccato notes.
“Aaah, hng! Haaah!”
“Ah, ah, mm! Ahh!”
“More, deeper, mm! Hah! More, ah!”
The moans that leaked through the open gap were nothing compared to the intense, unabashed cries that now rang out from every direction.
Their lewd acts were on full display through the glass, but Serena seemed to be the only one bothered by the exposure. In fact, the participants seemed to enjoy being watched, meeting each other’s eyes without pausing for even a moment.
Sweat glistened on their skin under the soft lights. A slender woman lay on her back, legs spread, thrusting a grotesquely large model of a phallus between her thighs.
Long, plant-like stems clung to her chest, wrapping around her body and squeezing her br*asts. They writhed on their own, roughly kneading her chest.
When the tentacles latched onto the hard tips and began to squirm, the woman’s shrill cries filled the air as she arched her back in ecstasy. Her face flushed deep red, she looked like someone thrown into a blazing fire.
“Ah, hng, faster! Haaah, I’m going to lose my mind!”
Elsewhere, another woman straddled a device that looked like a saddle, bouncing her hips, riding it like a horse. Each time she moved, her fluids streamed down, soaking the saddle. Naturally, a protrusion as thick as an arm jutted up from the center of the seat.
Every time the protrusion thrust up from below, her body trembled as though she might fall off at any moment. She clung desperately to the device with both arms, flailing like someone drowning.
Barely holding onto her sanity, Serena managed to speak.
“So, this is the service offered to registered members…?”
“That’s right. If you tell us your preferences, we’ll do our best to make them reality. This is a place where dreams come true.”
Maybe that was why each transparent room had a different atmosphere. Some were decorated with cute, fancy lace, while others looked harsh, with iron bars and chains hanging everywhere.
“Th-this is, ugh, disgusting.”
Despite clenching her teeth, she couldn’t keep her disgust from slipping out.
How could anyone call this a dream? Nothing here resembled anything she had ever associated with that word.
No s*x education had ever prepared her for a world like this. Even without being taught, there were lines that every decent person should know not to cross.
She had never heard of, let alone imagined, scenes like these. Even animals in heat would have shown more restraint. Everything here felt crude and depraved. Human dignity simply didn’t exist in this place.
“I can’t believe these are supposed to be people. They’re filthier than animals.”
The chorus of moans faded away as Serena’s mind filled with alarm bells. The heat in the air, like a fever, threatened to overwhelm her reason.
Words tumbled from her lips in rapid-fire succession as she staggered, nearly collapsing. Her stomach churned and her skin crawled with the sensation of insects all over her. The thick, strange heat in the air made her feel like she was drowning in filth.
Her earlier, rational plan to gather evidence and report this place had vanished. Her heart pounded with dread. She felt a desperate urge to escape and an anxious need to wipe away everything she’d seen.
Spinning around, Serena hurried back the way she’d come. She barely heard the shop assistant calling after her.
All she could think about was getting away. She ran down the hallway, but suddenly collided with a figure that appeared at the end of the corridor.
“Ah!”
She reeled from the impact, hitting what felt like a solid rock. The stranger caught her lightly, stopping her from falling.
“Let go!”
She shook off his arm, recoiling as though touching something repulsive. Smack. Her hand accidentally struck his jaw, making him wince and rub his chin, but he only gave a faint, amused smile.
“You really don’t have any manners, do you?”
His low voice was so smooth it sent chills down her spine. It instantly cut through the frantic panic that had filled her mind.
She stared at him, momentarily caught off guard by the calming effect of his voice, but her eyes quickly sharpened again. He blocked her path, keeping her from escaping.
“What do you think you’re doing?”
“You crashed into me and now you’re getting angry without even apologizing. That’s a bit much, isn’t it, miss?”
“Who are you calling a customer of this filthy place?”
“Hm?”
Like Serena, the man wore a mask that covered half his face. But his tone and attitude felt more like a staff member’s than a guest’s.
As her reaction grew more intense, his eyes narrowed behind the mask. He glanced over her shoulder at the shop assistant who had hurried after her. His gaze was sharp enough to make Serena flinch.
“She says she isn’t a customer. Care to explain?”
“N-no, sir, I mean… well…”
The assistant stammered, clearly confused by the situation. He insisted he had followed the correct procedures and used the agreed-upon entry keyword, but he was too flustered to explain further. He honestly had no idea why Serena was acting this way.
“Did she register as a regular member?”
“Ah, um…”
The assistant faltered under the man’s question. Because Serena had paid a substantial deposit, he hadn’t imagined anything could go wrong and had let his guard down. Now, he had no excuse.
The man seemed to size up the situation and sighed briefly.
“This is troublesome. I’m afraid you’ll have to come with us for a moment.”
“I want nothing more than to get out of this disgusting place. I have no reason to go anywhere with you.”
“That’s exactly why it’s troublesome. You saw a member-only area and called it filthy, but you’re not even a member. We can’t just let you leave.”
“…”
“We value trust with our customers. We can’t allow a potential risk to run loose outside.”
“And if I insist on leaving?”
“Sadly, that won’t happen.”
“So you’re threatening me now?”
“That wasn’t my intention, but I’m sorry if it sounded that way. Also, shouldn’t you take this with you?”
He smiled softly beneath his mask, still blocking her way. He dangled the black string bracelet she had been searching for right in front of her. She reached for it, but he quickly tucked it away.
More people gathered behind him, clearly summoned by the man. If there had only been two, she might have tried to escape using the tools she carried, but she had missed her chance.
Regret washed over her. She should have stayed calm and gotten out quietly. But even if she went back in time, she doubted she could have kept her composure after seeing such horrors. As Serena stood there, unable to answer, the man gently pressed her again.
“If we can clear up this little misunderstanding, I’m sure we can resolve everything peacefully. So, shall we go?”
Surrounded by his subordinates, Serena clenched her teeth and followed him.
