Villain Eaten By The Hero - Chapter 67
CHAPTER 67
“What if I’ve already spread it?”
“Then you’re going to die here.”
Seo’s gaze instantly turned fierce. He hated to think about it, but if it had spread, there was no reason to show mercy.
It was Seo’s way to be thorough, to leave no stone unturned. If you messed with him, he’d cut you to the bone. Knowing this, Belze swallowed dryly, and Lotte rolled her eyes, adding a sneer on top.
“If it hasn’t spread yet, do you at least have a way to avoid that?”
“No. I’ll only torment you halfway. Still, you should be prepared to be exposed in front of people, just like what I experienced.”
“No!”
“….”
“….”
Seo and Lotte looked at Belze, who had been the source of the protest. Belze, who had been watching the situation unfold in silence, was stamping her feet in protest.
Belze didn’t stop talking, even as she realized the rather cold stares being directed at her.
“I…I don’t like it! You shouldn’t do that if you have any sense at all! What kind of thing is that to do to a foreign woman!”
“It’s just a metaphor! That kid should know how painful it is to give such a shameful answer!”
“But still, I hate it! There are things you can do and things you shouldn’t do!”
Belze understands that Seo has no personal feelings about it. She also knows that Seo’s words about exposing Lotte are not meant literally, like she’d be stripped naked, it’s more like returning the question they were asked to Lotte.
But still, she hates it. She knows Seo only wants to give back what he’s been given, but she doesn’t like the idea of him exchanging those questions with Lotte, it was repulsive.
He should just destroy the recordings and throw Lotte in a maximum security prison, or hit her over the head to erase her memory!
…Thinking that way and looking at Lotte, Belze couldn’t help but feel a somewhat uncomfortable emotion. Lotte was wiping away tears from her face.
“Belze-unnie, you care about me even when I’m spoiled and has no manners….”
“Ugh, yeah, I guess, but it’s more like…”
It was a situation where Belze couldn’t confess that she thought of handing Lotte to Seo so that she’ll be put in maximum security prison.
Belze reluctantly decided to change her tone. Maybe something like, ‘Let’s meet again in prison, our friendship will be forever,’ would roughly convey the idea?
“And you, you son of a bitch, are trying to sneak up on me in front of my elder sister?”
But before Belze could say anything else, Lotte, who had interpreted her words to her advantage, glared at Seo like she was going to kill him. Almost breaking the metal hose that had been almost shattered, this time, the wall sprayed something like a hail of bullets.
Smoke billowed from whatever the shells had hit, blurring the surroundings. In the midst of it, a deep voice flowed.
“Where are you coming from with this nonsense? Even if you villains are charming, there’s no way Mr. Seo would harbor feelings toward you!”
The smoke cleared, revealing a wall that resisted the bullet onslaught. Seok emerged from behind the wall, confidently asserting his half-right, half-wrong statement.
Hyena, attached to Seok’s tail, held up a tablet-sized device and waved it around. From the movement of her expression and lips, Belze realized that Hyena had intercepted the recording file.
As Belze gestured to Seo to tell him that Hyena had secretly taken the recording, Seo didn’t look at her. Instead, he squinted his blue eyes and stared at Seok endlessly.
After staring at Seok for a few seconds, Seo shook his head to regain his composure. Despite how it might look to others, in Belze’s eyes, it seemed like Seo had resolved to knock Seok down if necessary.
Kim Seo was more than capable of doing so.
“It’s ridiculous! That’s what I said!”
“Of course. I understand because I heard the recording. Mr. Seo, why didn’t you tell me sooner?”
This line was unexpected, causing a sinking feeling in the heart. Seo didn’t think that Seok would have listened to the recording rather than making some baseless claim.
Glancing at Hyena, seeking an explanation, she just lowered her head and remained silent. There was no sign that could be read from that.
With a pale face, Belze trembled as she debated whether to look at Seok or Seo. She didn’t know whether to wait for the bombshell to come out of Seok’s mouth or the response to come out of Seo’s.
Seok’s resentment burst out, freezing the room—physically and emotionally.
“If you had been tricked into sleeping with her and fell victim to Belze’s tricks, I would have actively helped you!”
That heartfelt lament stunned Hyena, Lotte, Belze, and even Seo into a long silence. Hyena even let out a silent sigh of frustration.
Lotte, the most dissatisfied with the situation, twirled her index finger next to her temple.
“What’s wrong with your head, I thought you said you heard the recording? Then you must have heard him say they slept together.”
“Belze must have gotten Mr. Seo excited and put her hands on him first.”
“That bastard claimed he’s gotten off on Belze five times this week alone.”
“He must have been on something narcotic.”
“He even asked Belze if she likes it rough or sweet in bed!”
“Even in a situation where one’s will is restricted, it is very desirable to try to respect the other person’s wishes.”
Kang Seok didn’t waver even once.
In essence, he was the counterpart of Lotte, a polar opposite. He firmly held the misguided belief that Seo would not be swayed by a woman, and fought on Seo’s side.
Naturally, this put him at odds with Lotte. Lotte started screaming until her hair stood on end.
“Are you crazy? Of course, the man would make the first move!”
“How can you say that? Mr. Seo would never do that. He hasn’t had a lover for over three years!”
“Belze-unnie has been without one for over five years!”
“Then, stop her and her fake affection that everyone can see through by trying to make a love potion-like atmosphere!”
“Don’t be ridiculous! Do you think she can overlook the size there? At best, it’s probably treated like an adult toy!”
Navigating through traps set up like a maze, the leaders of Cheonha and DDD, along with the hero, gathered in one place. In this place where anything could explode at any moment, the most meaningless fight in the world began.
As the argument intensified, Seo’s expression grew colder by the second. Accordingly, Belze’s complexion rapidly worsened.
Seo, who had declared that he would choose Hyena to break through Seok’s defenses and the iron doors, prepared himself for Belze’s protest. But now that his secret had been revealed to Seok, he was overcome with shame and anger.
Moreover, what Lotte had said was not what Seo had expected to hear. He shot a fierce look at Belze.
“Did you blab about it?”
“I was bragging.”
Belze hiccupped and defended herself. Seo understood instantly that she hadn’t blurted it out.
“Why are you bragging about my thing without my consent?”
At this point, Belzé felt a bit unjust. She wasn’t disparaging him for being small, she was bragging about how big and heavy he was!
When Lotte attempted to ridicule his male pride, Belze felt a pang of pain when she was just trying to build his ego and it hurt to hear him criticize her.
Of course, technically, Seo was right. Such boasting should be done by the person himself. However, Belze didn’t want to readily admit that.
“Oh… if I’m the only one using it exclusively, can’t I consider it mine potentially?”
It wasn’t like she was going around town shouting about it; she was just correcting the misconception. Belze’s argument was that if they had slept many times, she should at least have the right to correct.
At that, Seo made a peculiar expression, not entirely letting go, but showing that he wouldn’t press the issue further.
However, that was only temporary. The incessant bickering continued to scratch at Seo. It was hard to stop them because they weren’t just running their mouths, they were freezing and crushing everything around them.
“Is Belze-unnie meeting that lunatic who ruined his personality?”
“I can say the same thing back to you! Mr. Seo, are you meeting a villain who always causes a commotion?”
“A woman who can mock as she pleases on the palm of her hand must be tough to handle!”
“He must be trying to take advantage of the fact that he’s a hero and can’t easily confess his victimization!”
“Is he afraid of his reputation being labeled as a pathetic person who posts a noose-filled picture on the internet?”
“That photo is undoubtedly Belze’s cunning and vulgar tactic!”
“Aren’t you overestimating that person’s popularity too much? If it was about revealing their face or body, Belize should have brought in top-three popular male idol and played around with them!”
“If Mr. Seo wanted to fulfill his desires, he probably would just have a brief encounter with a celebrity or a fan!”
The arms bent inward forcefully, almost stabbing the opponent with all the strength. However, any defense claiming ‘I’m absolutely not in my right mind’ could only be heard when one was in their right mind. Both the one piercing and the one hidden behind the shield were left with nothing but wounds.
In the midst of the revelations, Seo broke through the barrier and rescued Belze. Or rather, stole her, since Lotte was guarding her.
Regardless, he snapped the metal hose that held her body together like a thin thread and sent them all floating into thin air.
A voice colder and heavier than metal, left exposed to the outside air for a long time, rang out.
“I wasn’t going to hold hands with you, but I may have to change my mind.”
Seo smiled, the corners of his mouth twisted, but not in the least bit amused. Belze swallowed dryly, her stiff tongue wet at the ominous foreboding.
“So you held onto my arm, leg, and even the belly button, but you didn’t want to hold hands? You trash!”
“What does a one-night stand guarantee? It’s a very clear judgment to not hold hands even after doing everything else!”
“If Seo looks upset, you should have the sense to run away! What are you believing and following that person for!”
Unavoidable and relentless accusations were being made by Lotte and Seok. The situation was serious enough that even the inexperienced Belze had to take care of Lotte and Seok.
“It’s about friendship and conscience!”
Even at this point, Seok remained upright. He truly seemed like a man of integrity; at this rate, even his brain would be clean. That statement, however, inadvertently pushed Seo’s buttons.
“Everyone here will be crushed, so protect them.”
“Even the citizens?!”
“Even the citizens.”
As much as Seok seemed oblivious, Seo had neither conscience nor a sense of friendship.
