Reunion pt.3
Of course, Kim In-woo acknowledged that his personality wasn’t particularly good. But he wasn’t at a level to hear such words from someone who had spent a thousand years massacring beings regardless of species on battlefields.
“In-woo.”
Radel whispered in an unnecessarily soft voice to the silent Kim In-woo. The voice reminiscent of the former Lee Sun-ho was nothing but poison to In-woo.
Lee Sun-ho, and Radel.
They are the same person.
For the past year, In-woo tried to separate the two. He wanted to think that Lee Sun-ho was dead, and that Radel was someone who had nothing to do with him. Because that would be easier. But In-woo’s efforts only resulted in recognizing them as the same person. After thinking about it endlessly, he ultimately couldn’t escape from him.
The familiar figure of Lee Sun-ho naturally reflected in the kneeling Radel. A headache came on and In-woo held his head.
Even blaming and being angry requires strength. In-woo, who had completely exhausted his energy thinking only of Lee Sun-ho and Radel for the past year, didn’t even have the strength left to keep resenting him.
“Why… did you disappear only to show up now?”
“Well, at that time that was the best judgment.”
What could that mean? Radel gave a bitter smile toward In-woo who was blankly looking up at him.
“I also needed time to protect you.”
“Protect?”
“From me.”
“…”
“I wasn’t sure what I might do to you. So I physically separated us first.”
The dreams he’d had over the past year naturally flashed through his mind. He recalled the dream versions of Radel who persistently tormented him in outrageous ways.
“You crazy bastard…”
At the merciless criticism, Radel instead pulled up the corners of his mouth in satisfaction.
“Now that you understand, be a little careful.”
“…”
“I won’t read your mind, so don’t deliberately say harsh things.”
He warns In-woo to be careful when he himself is the dangerous one. A small laugh escaped from In-woo’s deeply furrowed brow. When In-woo, who had been laughing softly, raised his head and smiled brightly, Radel tensed up. Having dated for 5 years, Radel couldn’t help but know that such a bright smile without any heart behind it was Kim In-woo’s reaction when he was truly angry.
“So, what. What are you going to do?”
“…”
“You talk big, you bastard. After living well for a year, now you come saying what? That it was to protect me?”
“…”
“If you’re not going to erase my memories then just get lost. I don’t need the likes of you.”
As soon as In-woo’s words fell, Radel moved closer. When In-woo instinctively tried to stand up, Radel firmly pressed his legs down with his knees to prevent escape.
Having finally caught In-woo who was trying to run away, Radel lowered his head. When In-woo turned his head in panic thinking he was going to kiss him, Radel didn’t seem particularly disappointed and buried his face in In-woo’s nape. Then he took a deep breath, as if he was trying to smell In-woo’s scent.
“Ugh…”
Goosebumps rose all over. Regardless of In-woo’s reaction as he froze stiffly and trembled, Radel smelled In-woo’s scent like someone who had been entranced.
“It wasn’t just being lightly apart… I thought I was going crazy without you. I thought of you every day, it was painful. Being rejected by you, it hurt so much…”
“Stop…”
“I held back again and again… If you wanted it, I tried to give up. I was even prepared to get imprint removal surgery, but that felt like completely cutting ties with you…”
Unfamiliar words were mixed in that In-woo couldn’t understand. Radel, who had been muttering words only he understood, brought his lips to In-woo’s nape. Though In-woo startled, Radel paid no mind as he licked and bit the skin.
“If it’s for your sake, maybe it would be better to erase your memories and disappear cleanly.”
“When you know…”
“But I can’t grant that. If I was going to leave after a few words from you, I wouldn’t have come back.”
“Ugh…”
In-woo pushed Radel away with all his might. It was ridiculously weak compared to the first time, but Radel moved back more easily than expected.
Shameless bastard, acting pitiful when you haven’t done anything right.
In-woo glared at Radel with spite. The one who had proudly declared he could never give up Kim In-woo’s affection was pathetically acting pitiful.
“So you won’t erase my memories.”
“Right.”
“Then grant me something else.”
“What is it?”
To Radel who was delighted in his response seeking him out, In-woo sneered.
“What happened to your android?”
For a moment, Radel’s excited expression froze coldly. His cold gaze glared at In-woo as if warning him not to say more. In-woo smiled.
“I told you before. That I’d have s*x with it.”
“Kim In-woo.”
“Bring it here. You seem to still be mistaken, so I’ll roll around with it really messily right in front of you…”
“Stop it.”
At those contemptible words, In-woo narrowed his eyes and glared at the other. Radel was breathing heavily, getting worked up on his own without anything being done.
“Don’t do it with anyone else.”
Radel warned. An intense atmosphere wafted from him, as turbulent as his emotions. Not just the atmosphere, but something, something else more strange… It was something he had occasionally felt from Radel before.
In-woo recalled old memories.
Around this time, that is, when summer was just beginning, Radel would often emit a peculiar fragrance. Something like a strong perfume scent would emanate from Radel who usually didn’t use scented products. Something much stronger than what could simply be classified as body scent seemed to stimulate not just the sense of smell but other senses as well. And around times when he felt this, Radel would always cling to him more intensely…
Thinking of those times when he would cling intensely made In-woo unconsciously back away, feeling somewhat reluctant.
“What if I do it with someone else?”
“Kim In-woo.”
“I’m going to do it. Just like I did with you, no, even more intensely. Because it would be better with someone else than the likes of you.”
“If you do such a thing…”
Radel, who was about to say something, closed his mouth. He frowned subtly and seemed extremely displeased, and then at some point his face crumpled. And then,
Radel suddenly vomited blood.
