Crazy Match, Crazy Guy - EPILOGUE
EPILOGUE
2 years later.
Wooyoung, having left her parents’ home, drove her car towards Sungkyung’s house. After parking and going inside, Sungkyung warmly greeted her.
“How long has it been?”
“Hey, we saw each other just last Sunday.”
“It’s not as often as before. That’s why. Why do you go into your parents’ home like that?”
Hyunkyung said that it was hard to take care of a baby alone, so Wooyoung went into the main house. Honestly, the idea of living with her mother-in-law wasn’t something she was excited about, but after her maternity leave ended, she needed a reliable place to leave the baby.
It was an unavoidable choice.
However, living in her in-laws’ house turned out to be quite different from what she had expected. She was surprised to find that her mother-in-law really treated her like a daughter, and she was glad with her decision to marry into this family. Moreover, the way they adored her baby was something to marvel at, they would always cradled him in their arms.
“It’s nice to be in the main house.”
“Does your mother-in-law treat you that well?”
“Yeah, she doesn’t interfere with whatever I do. I’m really thankful for that.”
“You really have a great in-law, I’m jealous.”
“Your mother-in-law is a good person, too.”
“She is a good person, but I feel like she’s not on my side when it really matters.”
“Like when?”
“Both of us are working, but she only prepares health tonics for Min-seok?”
“And that makes you feel resentful?”
“A bit. Oh, and you know how Hayeon looks more like her dad than Haseung? It seems like that’s why she adores Hayeon more.”
“That can’t be true.”
“It’s not impossible. Every time she sees Hayeon, she says he looks just like Min-seok when he was young.”
Not knowing how to respond, Wooyoung simply smiled.
Watching Sungkyung bring coffee over, Wooyoung cautiously asked.
“Sungkyung.”
“What?”
“I mean you……uh.”
“What is it? Tell me.”
“Don’t couples usually get estranged after they get married and have kids?”
“Yes, but there are some couples who don’t, though it’s rare.”
“I see.”
Sungkyung’s eyes narrowed.
“Why, does your husband still love you passionately?”
“What, what are you saying? Oh, come on, it’s hot.”
“You shy kid. You’re also a grown woman now. What’s there to be embarrassed about?”
Two years into their marriage, but Jang Tae Jin’s sexual desire had not diminished, and neither was hers. Both of them were still full of desire. Unless he was away on a business trip, their love always burned hot.
Wooyoung quickly changed the subject.
“What should we have for lunch?”
“Isn’t today Saturday?”
“Yeah. But why?”
“Didn’t you say your husband is coming back today?”
A week ago, Tae Jin left for a business trip to Italy.
It was the first time they had been apart for a whole week, and the absence of him felt too significant. She had been tossing and turning for the past few days.
“He was supposed to come back today, but his schedule got delayed, so he’ll arrive tomorrow.”
“Ah. So you came to me out of frustration?”
“Uh, come on. I’m not.”
“Of course you are frustrated. You must be dying to see him, right?”
“Why ask when you already know.”
“Is your husband still that great?”
“Still? He’s even better as time goes on.”
“Your husband must be good to you. I can tell from the way you talk about him without any hesitation. You really made a good choice in marrying him, Wooyoung.”
“I don’t know why I used to think of marriage so negatively. Now that I’m married, it’s so comfortable and wonderful.”
“When did you ever say you didn’t want to get married?”
“Well, that’s because of you. You come to me whenever you have a fight with your husband and complain. Did you think I wanted to get married after witnessing all that?”
“Hmm. What should we have for lunch? Should we go out and have cold noodles?”
Sungkyung changed the subject.
“Cold noodles?”
Her mouth started watering.
“You don’t like it?”
“No, I love it. Let’s go.”
“Sure. I’ll just change my clothes and meet you outside.”
“Should we take Ha-yeon and Haseung along?”
“If we take them with us, it’ll be chaotic, and we won’t be able to eat in peace. Also, I gave them snacks not too long ago, so we can give them lunch a bit later.”
“Alright then.”
While Sungkyung changed her clothes, Wooyoung took her phone out of her bag, just in case there was a call or a message from Tae Jin.
A new text. Her eyes widened as she opened the text.
[I wanted to see you and hurried over, but you’re not home?]
It was a message from him. He was back. She was about to call him, but instead, she put her phone back in her bag and hastily stood up from her s eat as Sungkyung walked out from the bedroom.
“Sungkyung, I’m really sorry, but I have to go now.”
“What happened?”
“Tae Jin is back.”
“Oh. You’re just going to leave without having lunch because your husband’s back?”
“He’s coming home after a week, and I can’t make him wait, right?”
“Oh, the husband’s yearning.”
“I’m sorry.”
“It’s fine. Go quickly.”
Wooyoung slung her bag over her shoulder and walked out of the place and to her car parked in front of the apartment complex.
She was walking at a brisk pace when a familiar voice called out behind her.
“Wooyoung.”
She stopped dead in her tracks.
She turned around, and there was Tae Jin’s bright face right before her. Even after getting married and having a child, she still felt her heart flutter when she saw him.
The corners of her mouth curved into a smile as she watched him shuffle toward her.
“I was about to leave.”
“I came in a hurry.”
“I can’t stop you, really.”
“I can have my assistant bring your car, so just ride in my car.”
“Okay.”
Wooyoung climbed into his car, feeling her heartbeat quicken at the warmth of his grip on her hand. As she was fastening her seatbelt, he caught the back of her head, in a blink of an eye, his lips and probing tongue were so fiery against hers.
“Tae Jin, not here…….”
Pulling away, he looked into her eyes.
His greedy pupils flickered intensely.
“It’s too far from home.”
“Anyway, it’s the weekend, and we’ll be together the whole time. Let’s go.”
He nodded and started the car. Wooyoung, with her seatbelt on, looked at him while he tightly held her hand.
“Did you miss me?”
“Of course I missed you. Can’t you tell by the fact that I ran to see you?”
“I missed you too, Tae Jin.”
Tae Jin, who had been teasing her, abruptly turned the car around and headed towards a hotel building. Wooyoung shook her head at how he couldn’t wait to get home, even though it was only half an hour away.
“You really can’t hold back, huh?”
“I’ve been holding it in for a week.”
“But you can’t wait 30 more minutes?”
Tae Jin, who had been holding her hand tightly, moved it between his thighs. She could feel his fully erect member at her fingertips.
Her face turned red as she felt the vibrant object, wanting to enter her at any moment.
“Can you feel it?”
She nodded.
“Do you know how much I’ve been wanting to hold you?”
“To be honest, I felt the same.”
Pulling up in front of the hotel’s front door, Tae Jin unbuckled his seatbelt and got out of the car. She followed him out of the car.
Handing the car over to the valet, Tae Jin’s gaze intensified with heat as he entered the hotel with her.
As soon as they entered their room, Tae Jin swept her into his arms. His gaze, scanning her face, was intensely seductive.
“Shall I help you freshen up?”
The offer to freshen up was a clear invitation to have sex in the bathroom.
Seeing the flush on her face, Tae Jin’s lips twisted into a lascivious smile.
In the eyes that were shimmering with desire, rationality had already faded away.
