Romeo and Rosaline

Rosaline—Romeo’s first love and Juliet’s friend.

She mourns the death of her lover and begs God for their resurrection.

God hears her prayers, and she goes back to the past.

Rosaline tries to separate the two so that Romeo and Juliet’s tragedy doesn’t repeat itself.

But Romeo’s behavior is somehow strange.

“Are you trying to protect Juliet from me, Rosaline?”

As Romeo’s ambiguous behavior repeats, Rosaline became certain.

He is not Romeo.
