Runaway Secretary - Chapter 43
CHAPTER 43
The business trip had unexpectedly extended. Even with the news of Mrs. Kang going into surgery, Taeheon couldn’t return home easily due to the complications in his work.
As soon as he returned, he headed to the hospital to see Mrs. Kang’s face.
After stopping by the office and finishing a meeting, Taeheon checked the time and it was already 8 PM. It was either late or still early.
What should I do?
The monitors he had placed on Yeonseo had been quite useful in gathering information. Yeonseo’s movements had been monotonous – hospital, home, convenience store, and occasionally a supermarket. That was all.
Yeonseo had been visiting the hospital despite the fact that she couldn’t see Mrs. Kang even after waiting for a long time. She must have given up, realizing that it was impossible for her to see Mrs. Kang.
It was strange. Imagining Yeonseo in that state should have made him frustrated and annoyed. Such inefficient and emotional behavior should have irked him, but for some reason, Yeonseo just seemed cute.
If Taeheon were to offer his help, Yeonseo could easily visit Mrs. Kang, but he had postponed such consideration for later. He planned to go with her when he returned home, but he wonders how would that work out for Yeonseo, who didn’t want to be indebted.
Would I get to see her genuinely appreciative?
Until now, Yeonseo had rejected everything he had given her. She had been uncomfortable with him paying off her debts and had even insisted on returning the 50 million won check.
The officetel he had offered for her to stay comfortably in was gathering dust. Taeheon doesn’t know why she keeps crawling into the corners of a tiny flat. It must be uncomfortable.
Taeheon got behind the wheel and headed to the neighbourhood where Yeonseo’s boarding house was located. He drove slowly through the alleyways and parked in a spot where he could see the entrance.
And then it happened. That guy, Yeonseo’s childhood friend Baek Hyeonho, appeared in front of the boarding house.
He was smoking and answered a call with a nonchalant attitude. His lips were quite thin, drawing an arc under his pressed hat. Objectively speaking, he had a good-looking face.
Baek Hyeonho, a model and celebrity, was becoming very popular in Korea these days. That meant there would be some people who would recognize him.
Taeheon wondered if Yeonseo would be a good match for him. He had his doubts, but it was probably just an unnecessary concern. When Yeonseo appeared at the entrance of the boarding house, she smiled brightly.
As if displaying their close friendship, she chatted and joked with Hyeonho, showing a comfortable side that Taeheon had never seen before. They wore matching hats and seemed like a set, as if they were showing off their relationship.
Taeheon lazily tapped his fingers curled around the steering wheel. It suddenly felt distasteful to come between them, so he turned the car around.
He returned home, took a shower, and had a drink to relax and clear his mind. It was past midnight, but Yeonseo was still at the pork belly restaurant.
Yeonseo, who never calls Taeheon first during the time he was away, is perhaps even more of a principled person. If Taeheon called her once a day, she’d be happy to answer, but that was it.
Yeonseo knew all too well that their relationship had conditions. The day she realized that her eyes no longer linger onto Seungbin but him, things had started to change.
Since then, the anticipation had faded.
What if Yeonseo wasn’t looking at him? What if it was all a misunderstanding?
Taeheon was well aware of the expressions and attitudes women displayed when they liked him. He’d been confident that he’d read similar vibes in Yeonseo, but during their time apart, he thought he might have been wrong.
As these thoughts swirled in his mind, he felt increasingly uncomfortable. Taeheon decided to put an end to this unpleasant restlessness and called Yeonseo, heading towards the officetel at the same time. It was a long way from his house, so he had to speed up.
One hour later, Yeonseo rang the bell at the officetel. Taeheon opened the door himself, and saw Yeonseo’s rosy cheeks in the chilly night air.
She didn’t carry the key to the offictel around with her. All she had in her hand was her cellphone.
Throughout his three-week business trip, Taeheon hadn’t forgotten her.
Yeonseo looked up at him and gave an awkward smile, as if feeling uncomfortable. It was not a good sign. A fire began to burn inside his throat.
“You’re late.”
“I was out for a bit, trying to sober up since you don’t like it when I’m drunk.”
He felt like she had said something unnecessary. Yeonseo had been out with that guy until this late at night. It would have been better to tell her to come right away, even if she’s drunk.
“I wanted to come sooner too… But when did you get here? It would have been nice if you had told me in advance…”
No, I should have gone to pick her up.
Taeheon was overcome by the unseemly emotion of regret and pulled her closer. He couldn’t wait for Yeonseo to approach him as she used to. Yeonseo’s tone was soft and supple,
She made eye contact, but she looked away shyly, sneaking glances elsewhere. It was proof that she still wanted Taeheon. Seeing that, his heart raced.
He didn’t ask who she had been drinking with or what she had been doing. He kissed her urgently.
With no time to spare, they continued to kiss while his hand slipped under her T-shirt. As he caressed her panting skin, Yeonseo turned her face away from him.
“Sir Taeheon, I need to wash up for a moment…”
“Just wash up later.”
“No, it’s not good. I’ve been sweating from running.”
“Then let’s do it together.”
Taeheon picked her up. His long legs trotted effortlessly toward the bathroom.
As he sat her on the edge of the bathtub, Yeonseo struggled to maintain her balance. Every so often, she bumped into Taeheon.
“You’re not sober yet?”
“No, I am. I’m completely sober…”
“Do you usually act like this? Pretend you’re not drunk and cling to people?”
Yeonseo pressed her lips against her palm, looking embarrassed. It seemed like a struggle to overcome the effects of alcohol.
It would have been better if she had just passed out. Yeonseo only swayed her body occasionally, pushing her cheek against her hand and keeping her gaze firmly on Taeheon.
When she tried to push his arm, which was pulling up her T-shirt, away, he complied. It was annoying to be rejected even though it wasn’t a big deal.
“Sir, I’d like to wash up alone. I want to do it by myself.”
Taeheon stepped back for a moment. He didn’t think she’d fall while washing herself, but he felt bad for being rejected.
“Take your time then.”
He admitted to being impatient, and remembered how foolish and inappropriate it had been to push her this far like a beast.
“Wash up.”
Yeonseo nodded, pressing her cheek firmly against her palm.
“I’ll be right out.”
The sound of water flowing from the bathroom echoed, tormenting Taeheon’s patience. It sounded like something was crashing or burning, and the rhythm of the noise matched his impatient heartbeat.
When the sound of the water stopped, Taeheon, had been sitting on the bed, suddenly stood up. The lustful demon had already paralyzed his rationality. He knew this was irrational, but he didn’t want to be calm.
No, he couldn’t be calm.
“Sir……. I’m done.”
Yeonseo peeked through the crack in the door as she spoke. Wearing a robe sloppily, she looked as if she had prepared for what was to come.
Her w*t hair, touseld at the end, had a suppleness reserved for Taeheon. Her red lips, glossy skin, and the barely covering robe were all seductive, as if they were reserved for him alone.
“Now, there won’t be any interruptions.”
“Yes.”
Taeheon didn’t ask Yeonseo, who was standing in the doorway still, to come closer this time. He took the initiative. He closed the distance between them in an instant, tilting his chin to meet her lips. He naturally wrapped his arms around her waist and tried to adjust the intensity. He tried to control it.
He should have gradually increased the pace, but instead, he drove into her at full speed from the start. He’d like to think he was being careful as he pinned her to the bed.
“Ugh!”
“I think I’ve waited long enough. Why are you running away? Don’t twist like that. You might get hurt.”
He thrust and penetrated her without hesitation, his actions filled with desperation.
“Sir…”
Yeonseo’s response was a mixture of discomfort, tears, and pl*asure as she clung to Taeheon without pushing him away. Taeheon climaxes at a slower tempo than Yeonseo, but this time he explodes similarly.
It wasn’t enough with just one round. He woke up Yeonseo, whose vision was blurred from pl*asure.
“It’s not over yet.”
Taeheon turned her over and lifted her up onto her stomach. She lay on her stomach, gasping for breath, and looked up at him with w*t eyes.
Taeheon gripped the soft flesh of her a$s, filling his hands with it.
“Let’s try something different.”
Yeonseo’s n*ked body was dualistic, to the point where it could drive a person crazy. Some parts were delicate, while others were sensual.
“This position…”
“It’s difficult?”
“It’s deep…”
“That’s the point.”
As Taeheon provocatively raised her hips, Yeonseo shook her head.
“Why don’t you try moving on your own? I can’t control myself.”
Her eyes widened, wondering what he meant. But when Taeheon squeezed her plump flesh and stroked her firmly, she arched her back and raised her hips.
It was enough to make him ej*culate, and Taeheon had to swallow hard.
“I don’t think I can do it well.”
“I don’t expect much from you. Anything is fine, Yeonseo.”
With each word he uttered in a restrained voice, Yonseo responded.
“If it’s too hard, just move back and forth.”
She swayed slowly against his stomach. She was inexperienced and clumsy, but it was enough to turn Taeheon on.
The thirst he had been feeling for Yeonseo for a long time, even before his business trip, had grown increasingly unbearable, the more they mingled.
Taehn couldn’t hold back any longer and shook Yeonseo violently. Her cries, her frail movements, and her pitifulness all combined to bring him intense satisfaction.
“Open your eyes. We’re not finished yet.”
But the more he indulged in it, the more he wanted her.
Yeonseo felt the same way. She tried to match his rhythm, despite his forceful advances.
“You want more, don’t you? Can you handle it?”
He was curious about how far she would go. He wanted to torment her, to feel like a dog searching for answers that seemed to be within reach but were not.
Is this unpleasant craving really s*xual desire?
Taeheon questioned it as he moaned softly.
“Turn around, Yeonseo.”
