Abandoned princess Lisette Islesford finds herself cast out of the emperor’s favor after her mother’s death, thanks to the new empress’s schemes. Determined to find evidence that will clear her name of false accusations, she begins working under a mage.
One day, she hears news that her troublesome younger sister, Natalie, is getting married. The groom? None other than Sir Usta, a regular customer of the mage’s shop and a celebrated hero of the empire!
“I wish Sir Usta would meet someone far better than Natalie.”
“That’s not a difficult task. Leave it to me—just give me three days.”
Moved by pity, Lisette makes a wish, asking him to stop the marriage. But things take an unexpected turn…
“You took my purity, so you have to take responsibility. Don’t you think so?”
The situation spirals out of control.
“P-Please, can you stop waving that thing around?”
“Why? Who do you think made me hard in the first place? This has been yours ever since that day.”
Stop it!
This isn’t what she wished for!

It was nice that everything made sense, but it all happened too quickly. I think it should have been longer.

Having read this entire short story, I can say this! It was very enjoyable and, while leaving me wanting more, it didn’t leave any loose ends. The Poor Princess Mc isn’t naive or waiting to get pushed around and the ML starts off not putting up with any bs. The boons of it being a story on the shorter side is that we don’t have periods of silly misunderstandings. I recommend, it’s a good story.
