Lucas Valter
A few days later, Lucas Valter, the lord of Termel County and a mage affiliated with the Magic Tower, returned to the ducal residence for his birthday.
Having displayed exceptional abilities as a mage from an early age, he received his count title two years ago and then secluded himself in his research laboratory at the Magic Tower.
Leaving his territory management to a proxy, the reclusive Lucas would visit the ducal residence around his birthday to extract gifts from his brothers.
Recently bored with his stalled research on magic potions using slime, Lucas arrived at the ducal residence earlier than usual. Since he arrived sooner than expected, he planned to just drop off his luggage first. Then he would visit nearby shops to buy necessities and have a drink.
After going up to his old room, Lucas opened the window for ventilation. Looking outside, he noticed a woman standing in the garden.
“Who’s that?”
Lucas’s red eyes, brighter than Lian’s, sparkled with curiosity. Judging by her attire, she didn’t seem to be a servant. Had his brothers gotten married without him hearing about it?
His brothers had never been lucky with women, and if they had started a romance, rumors would have reached the Magic Tower. Unable to contain his curiosity, Lucas used flying magic to land where the woman stood.
“Eeek!”
Someone suddenly dropped from above!
Lyrica, who had been walking alone, hurried over to the fallen person. A tall man with golden hair sat on the grass. Lyrica examined him carefully and spoke.
“Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere? Would you like me to heal you?”
What’s with her?
Lucas thought her pink hair looked like the cotton candy he ate at festivals when he was young. She offered to heal him right away—how kind.
Feeling slightly embarrassed about his ungraceful landing, Lucas decided to pretend he had fallen. He clutched his perfectly fine leg and let out an artificial groan.
“Ugh. Ouch. It really hurts. Thank you for your concern.”
“Stay still for a moment!”
The pink-haired woman held his leg. Her hands are so small, he thought. While watching her, Lucas was startled to see a warm light emanating from her hands, enveloping his leg.
‘Healing power? She doesn’t look like a healing priestess, and the feeling of her healing power seems different too…’
“How does it feel now?”
‘Let’s keep this simple. If I’m curious about who she is, I should just ask directly.’
Lucas gave her a sly smile and replied.
“You have healing power? It feels much better now. Thank you. May I know the name of my savior? I haven’t seen you around the ducal house before.”
“I’m glad! Oh, my name is Lyrica. I’m staying here due to certain circumstances.”
What, she’s not a noble?
Lucas’s expression briefly soured before he quickly composed himself. A non-noble woman wearing expensive clothes and strolling in the ducal garden? Is she his brother’s mistress?
Looking at her face, she was pretty with fairy-like features. Her face was soft and fluffy, and her eyes looked just like a summer lake. Her hair seemed so silky that it might melt at a touch, making him want to feel it.
“You saved me, Lyrica.”
“But who are you? Where did you fall from?”
“Ah, I’m a mage who visits the ducal house occasionally. It’s been a while since I was here, so I got lost, slipped, and then…”
Lucas justified his half-truth—he was indeed a mage, he had been slightly confused while heading to his room after a long absence, and he had stumbled during landing.
“Oh, I see. If you need directions, I can guide you!”
Lyrica was quite pleased to talk with someone other than Noel or Lian.
The teachers the Duke had promised hadn’t arrived yet, and although the servants treated her kindly, she sensed they were uncomfortable around her, leaving her without anyone to chat with comfortably.
The golden-haired mage who had dropped from the sky didn’t seem uncomfortable with her, and after exchanging a few words, he appeared cheerful and friendly. Lyrica was secretly excited to have someone to talk with after so long.
“Then I’ll take you up on that offer. Which way is it to the annex?”
To learn more about the woman, Lucas pointed to the building farthest from where they were. Walking alongside Lyrica and following her guidance, Lucas cleverly continued the conversation, subtly asking questions about her.
The woman chatted freely without showing any caution toward him, a stranger.
She had lived in a mountain village near the empire’s border, so remote it didn’t belong to any territory. While traveling to the capital, she was kidnapped. She nearly died after being forced to take a strange drug, but her healing power helped her recover.
The kind Noel rescued her when she was unconscious. The Duke allowed her to stay here. Everyone was so kind, the food was delicious, the garden was beautiful, and today the two gentlemen had gone to the Imperial Palace, so she was walking alone when she found the mage. She was glad he was okay… and so on.
Giving appropriate responses while listening to her chatter, Lucas felt she sounded like a bluebird chirping beside him.
‘Noel rescued her, and Lian let her stay? Whose mistress is she exactly?’
Though her story was somewhat hard to believe, his brothers wouldn’t arrive at the mansion for quite some time. Deciding to stick with his plan to visit the shops and have a drink, Lucas bid farewell to Lyrica at the annex.
“Thank you for guiding me, Lyrica. It was a pleasant conversation. Goodbye!”
“I enjoyed it too. Farewell, Mr. Mage!”

Early that evening, Lucas returned to the ducal residence, greeted the butler who came running, and walked down the corridor toward his room when he heard familiar voices. He could faintly hear his brothers’ voices from the room next to Noel’s.
“What’s this? Are they all in that room?”
Gently opening the door, Lucas couldn’t believe what he saw. Am I hallucinating? On the bed, his brothers and Lyrica were entangled in a s*xual act.
“You’re eating it up nicely. Focus more, suck harder, and I’ll… huff… feed you my cum quickly, Lyrica.”
“Mmph… urgh…. mmm….”
“Tsk. I’ll feed you my cum first, so don’t listen to that bastard. Focus on me, Lyrica.”
“Mmph, mmm… good… cum! Ahh! …urgh! Mmph!”
Noel was thrusting into Lyrica from behind like a dog, while Lian had his p*nis in her mouth, stroking her hair. Both men had their faces contorted with pleasure.
Lyrica was being rocked helplessly by Noel’s thrusts from behind while sucking on Lian’s c*ck. Her smooth, white body and sky-blue eyes clouded with pleasure burned into Lucas’s mind.
“Wh-what is this…?”
Frozen in shock and feeling guilty for peeping at his brothers’ intimate act, Lucas stumbled backward and ran to his room. Standing in front of his door, catching his breath, Lucas looked down at his heavily aroused pants and stood there for a long time with a dejected expression.
That night, unable to sleep because of his persistent er*ction, Lucas spent the night m*sturbating, his sighs carried by the wind, disturbing only innocent clouds.

The next day, when Lucas went down to the dining room, Lian was having breakfast.
“Brother.”
“You’re here. I heard you arrived yesterday. You came earlier this time.”
“…Well, I thought I’d stay a bit longer this time. Where’s Noel?”
“Noel has been skipping breakfast for a while now.”
“Noel, who would jump out of bed for breakfast? That’s unusual. He doesn’t even come to see me despite my arrival? That’s harsh.”
Is he with Lyrica? Since her room seemed to be next to Noel’s…. Lucas felt his p*nis stiffening again and quickly sat down, gritting his teeth.
“Lian, yesterday I met a woman named Lyrica….”
“You met Lyrica?”
Lian, who had been eating expressionlessly, suddenly looked up. Lucas was inwardly surprised to see his brother’s red eyes flash with wariness the moment Lyrica’s name was mentioned. It was the first time he had seen Lian care about a woman.
“Yes… but who is she?”
“She’s a guest staying at the ducal house due to circumstances. You don’t need to concern yourself with her.”
“If she’s a guest of the ducal house, I should be concerned too. When I saw her yesterday, she didn’t seem to be a noble. What’s your relationship with her? Or is she with Noel?”
“…We have no relationship. I told you not to concern yourself. When are you planning to return to the Magic Tower? What do you want for your birthday gift?”
“…I haven’t thought about it yet. I’ll tell you when something comes to mind, brother. And like I said, I’m planning to stay here for a while this time.”
He seemed ready to give Lucas whatever he wanted quickly and then send him away. No relationship?
The scene from yesterday was still vivid in his mind. Lyrica’s image kept flashing before his eyes. Damn it, why was he like this?
Swallowing a curse, Lucas picked up his spoon and forced himself to eat.

Lyrica woke up late due to the previous night’s activities. Noel had already gone to the Imperial Palace, leaving the space beside her empty. She thought she had heard Noel’s voice while half-asleep; he seemed to have said he was leaving early.
Lyrica pulled the bell cord to request breakfast, now familiar with the routine. Without Noel constantly bothering her while she ate, mealtime went faster.
After finishing her delicious meal, she asked the maid who came to collect her empty plate for help with dressing. Soon Betty and Kelly arrived to help Lyrica into a mint-green indoor dress and beautifully braided her hair.
Betty handed her a pretty lace parasol and said: “The sun is strong today, so take this parasol when you go to the garden, miss.”
“Wow, thank you!”
“Please don’t speak so informally, miss. If the Duke finds out, he’ll scold us….”
“Oh… I understand. Thank you, Betty.”
Betty had told Lyrica not to speak formally to the servants. Why should she do that when they’re commoners like her?
