Villain Eaten By The Hero - Chapter 19
CHAPTER 19
If he was disrespectful, his coworkers would frown upon him, and even his superiors would be flustered.
But when he stood there, as if determined never to turn around, his arm crossed and gaze forward, Belze had no choice but to take action.
“Kim Seo.”
But Belze wasn’t exactly a polite person
“Are you sulking?”
More than anything, she was a good arguer. For the past two years, she had been provoking Seo with various remarks, and this time, too, she smoothly let out some taunting words.
The moment the words left Belze’s mouth, she realized her mistake within a second. If she continued with this, she would end up in a big fight with Seo.
Just as she was thinking about how to make up for this waste of time, Seo spoke up, faster than she had expected. Belze was grateful for the quick turnaround in the dream
“You said not to.”
It would have been nice if he had cared about the context as well.
Just like a prototype, there were many aspects that needed refining. Belze naturally criticized Hyena’s efforts and the outcome.
Immediately stopping something when told not to is a virtue that real humans possess. Such grand principles don’t suit dreams and Belze is far from virtuous in real life.
Even after warning him that she would cry if he pestered her one more time, Belze couldn’t understand Seo’s persistence in appearing in front of her despite hearing the ultimatum not to again.
“So you’re not going to do it?”
When she asked with a hint of disbelief, Seo confidently affirmed his decision.
“No, I’m not. Why would I?”
He was still staring at the screen. It was a skill to be able to focus on the poor quality screen that was showing disjointed scenes without context.
Outside Seo’s field of vision, Belze pursed her lips and concentrated. She wished he would move, like when she’d changed his clothes or made a walking elephant puppet, but Seo remained as still as a rock.
The only sign that he wasn’t a plaster statue was his mouth twitching.
“…You’re making me feel bad.”
“What, it’s not offensive….”
“I said I feel bad.”
She thought it was about Seo at first, but the subject turned out to be her. She looked back to when she might have said she felt bad.
But she couldn’t remember.
Why would bother to remember such things in the first place?
Before she could ask when, Seo cut her off.
“You weren’t good at it, and you didn’t even seem into it. Just say I was the only one who enjoyed it. Damn it. You don’t even let me talk to you, telling me you don’t want it, to back off… even in a dream.”
As Belze listened to Seo’s muttering, she suddenly remembered when she had said those words. It was the criticism she had thrown at Seo in the late-night movie theater.
Seo released his crossed arms and held the armrest with his right arm while resting his chin on it. He tilted his body to the right, irritably turning his head away from Belze. There was a coldness in Seo’s voice as he recalled the words he’d heard and the rejection he’d received today.
He frowned and let out a sigh. He looked like he was about to die. Layers upon layers of mockery layered on top of him.
“Yeah, yeah, yeah, I get it. Even in a dream, we should have wholesome sex. You’re quite the public service broadcaster.”
“Kim Seo!”
At a different time, she might have finally swallowed the mockery and laughed it off, but now, that was something to do for reality, not for a dream. Especially not when she was feeling a bit frustrated.
Seo seemed determined to release his hand right away, and Belze found herself disappointed by that. It didn’t make sense to touch her and then pull away, even if she hadn’t done anything.
Taking into account that this was a dream, Belze gripped Seo’s thigh. But Seo immediately pried her hand away with his left hand.
“Don’t.”
“I will.”
“Don’t touch.”
“What’s with the command?”
The habitual retort slipped out. Belze knew that Seo was the type of person who would return any mockery he received, no matter how insincere, but when faced with refusal, he found it difficult to maintain his composure.
It seemed like she was the only one irritated, and she was about to hurt her pride as well, but the realization that this was a dream slightly calmed her heart.
If this was a playful approach, despite feeling slightly disgruntled, she wouldn’t have minded at all. She wasn’t quite sure how things had escalated like this, though.
The problem was that Seo remained firm. He wasn’t gripping her hand to hold it back, but he does grab them whenever they touch his body.
Having had her advances rejected twice, Belze felt utterly frustrated. Without any manners, she abruptly stood up and plopped herself between Seo’s legs.
“Hey.”
“My name isn’t Hey, you know.”
He ignored the statement that Belze had dropped in one sentence and threw back the same mocking words. She suspected that Seo might have wanted something like this, and it didn’t seem like a completely failed assumption.
Behind her, Seo didn’t reach for her right away, but he didn’t push her away either or show any signs of leaving.
“What’s with you? You don’t seem to be in a good mood.”
She figured that this wasn’t just a casual refusal. It was probably a tantrum for the words he wanted to hear.
“I don’t have the desire to cling to someone who doesn’t want it anymore. After criticizing me for being bad at it, did you end up yearning for my touch?”
…The intensity might have been a bit too high, but Belze could tolerate even up to this point if it was just a tantrum. Or maybe some strong words exchanged in bed.
“It’s not that bad.”
Saying so, Belze forcefully tilted her head back. The back of her head touched Seo’s upper chest, and she could see a jawline that she wanted to lean on.
“I don’t dislike it. It’s just, well, I guess it’s okay like this. Are you working out or something?”
As soon as she sat between Seo’s legs, she knew that virtual Seo’s tantrum wouldn’t last long. The flesh that touched her buttocks was particularly firm in a certain area. She’d feel the sensation of the tip, and she couldn’t mindlessly pull away from the tease.
Belze wasn’t certain that the dream would follow logical progression, but considering what she had seen so far, this form was reasonably imitating Seo.
Belze extended her hand behind her to lightly touch Seo’s neck. She sensed Seo’s body stiffened at the tickling touch.
Saying “okay” would probably end it, but she didn’t want to go as far as saying that even in a dream.
It was a matter of feeling. The words rolled off her tongue but the anticipation that they couldn’t be taken back once spoken led them to roll off the edge of her tongue and onto the road. Instead, Belze softly coaxed him.
“Don’t act so expensive. I don’t have much.”
“You’re going to pay me for something?”
“If the price is right.”
“Always thinking.”
The words sounded harsh, but there was a hint of relief in the atmosphere. Just as a “not bad” from a demanding boss is a compliment, a “not bad” from a villain to a hero is an enthusiastic one.
As if acknowledging that she had done enough, Belze leaned her forehead against Seo’s chin. The pressure against her forehead made it tingle.
“Here?”
A large arm wrapped around Belze’s waist. This arm, always eager to pick people up and throw down other people’s subordinates, was now holding her, and although she disliked it, she didn’t entirely mind.
“Mm.”
“Others might see… Should we?”
“Mm.”
There’s some resistance, but only a little. Even if it seems blatant, no one was truly there, so it was probably the feeling of getting caught by a dog or a cat during an intimate moment.
Nodding slightly, Seo’s right hand began to slowly venture under her skirt. His long fingers traced over the damp remnants of her underwear before gently tugging at them. Her panties slid down over her thigh and hung just above her knees.
The explicit view was obscured by the skirt, but just the sensation of the underwear slipping down was exhilarating. Seo’s erection pressing against Belze’s buttocks was hidden inside his pants, but the occasional movement was quite arousing.
The sensation was nothing compared to penetration, but the situation made them hesitant. The tension of being caught and the immorality of doing something they weren’t supposed to do in a movie theater made their hearts race.
The uneasiness provided an unexpectedly thrilling sensation.
Lowering his voice, Seo began to whisper barely audible breaths into Belze’s ear as his hands explored. They both started engaging in small talk without knowing who initiated it. The conversation flowed naturally because Seo felt so real.
“Where does it hurt? Why haven’t you been coming out to the field much these days?”
“If I go out, *sigh*… the workload increases, and I don’t like that.”
“It’s the same whether it’s you or someone else. The workload increases either way.”
“Not exactly the same. They’re better at it. They can endure longer and suffer less damage. That’s why I’ll be focusing on opponents who aren’t as strong as me.”
Seo’s touch was cautious, but the location of where he touched was what heightened her sensitivity, causing her voices to occasionally crack.
Belze continued to grope Seo’s sides and thighs. It was funny how his body would move when she groped him in sensitive places.
Engaging in casual conversation while being touched in such a manner in this kind of place seemed unrealistic, so Belze spoke up.
“Isn’t it better? It seems more fun to fight with them. They’re stronger than me, and they have better endurance and determination.”
Ever since being defeated consecutively and experiencing financial losses, Belze had held onto this idea. The substitute colleagues who came in turned out to be much more capable than expected.
They endured better than Belze and suffered less in defeat. As a result, Belze’s pride as Seo’s arch-nemesis within the organization crumbled.
Seo, who used to easily overpower Belze, didn’t display the same fiery enthusiasm against other villains.
Perhaps it was because they didn’t feel the urge to confront Seo directly. Despite brainwave analysis and unfavorable matchups, maybe they just couldn’t measure up to the task. Or maybe it was because Seo’s unrelenting approach to challenges felt dislikable. Having an opponent who could engage in a fistfight without reservation, without any need for apprehension, seemed much more enjoyable.
Such thoughts were impossible to ignore. To be honest, there was a twinge of jealousy.
Belze wanted to defeat Seo. She wanted to overpower Seo, wanted him to kneel at the feet of Meteor City’s villains and claim victory.
She had never defeated Seo, but she had always made an effort to do so. And even though Seo regarded her as a nuisance and annoyance, Belze still took pride in it. Even if they were considered rivals or enemies, the fact that Seo didn’t mock them or scoff at her efforts secretly pleased her.
It’s the dignity of a worthy adversary, surpassing that of a mere pup, or even a hound, and rivaling that of a wolf, and then a tiger.
However, in an instant, it felt like her position as his rival had been stripped away. Her heart boiled with the feeling of being overshadowed. She knew she was weaker, though she hadn’t admitted it to others. But Seo seemed to have sensed her inner frustration, and it irked her more than it should have.
