Villain Eaten By The Hero - Chapter 31
CHAPTER 31
“If you don’t impose any other conditions, it’s fine.”
“Well, it seems like you really want to sleep with me.”
“Yeah.”
The tension and patience, both worn thin, led to an honest conversation.
Seo was reaching his limit. Just thinking about the past month’s struggles gave him a headache, and the last two days had been waves of highs and lows, and he was at the peak of his emotional exhaustion.
But now, Belze is wearing nothing but a robe, and she’s leaning in close to him, taunting him, asking him to make a bet……. It was too much.
There were clear limits to both pride and patience.
Seo fiddled with the dice, with a face that was fiery when he refused to admit, and then disgruntled when he finally did. Belze found it hilarious yet pitiful.
Belze’s ears twitched as if they could move on their own, as the straightforward words struck her like an electric shock.
Without waiting for her to speak, Seo raised the dice.
“Here we go.”
And with that, he smashed it to pieces, all but the side with a one.
The plastic die exploded in all directions. Only the side with a single circle fell to the ground, proudly displaying its number.
It was clearly a one.
Since the other sides had already burst and disappeared.
Belze, realizing a beat later what Seo had done, was astounded. Of course, she was prepared to leave it to luck and accept the possibility of losing in this bet, but she had not expected this situation.
“That’s cheating!”
“I asked if there were any other conditions. There was no condition that the shape of the die had to be maintained.”
“Who in their right mind would assume such a situation!?”
“Common sense? There’s no such thing as common sense here. Who’s talking about common sense? You? So are you saying you can’t do it now? I even asked if there were more conditions. Is it my fault now?”
Seo’s face as he spoke like that was completely serious, without a hint of humor. Belze, looking at that stern expression, felt her fingertips getting clammy with anxiety.
Seo’s dissatisfaction seemed more serious than she had initially thought. It seemed beyond the level of teasing and joking, and that made her nervous.
Belze didn’t necessarily view Seo’s desire for her as a negative thing. Desire it akin to affection, and affection was an emotion that could be useful when manipulated. In fact, every time they got involved, she had managed to enjoy it despite their occasional clashes.
However, Belze’s idea of Seo’s desire was something like he was on his way when he caught a whiff of the sweet smell of pastries. The kind that overwhelmed his senses, that made him naturally turned toward its source, his mouth watering as he reached into his pocket to retrieve 4,000 won to satisfy the cravings.
But what if this intense hunger belonged to someone who had been fasting for ten days? The relentless hunger, blind and unyielding, was terrifying, as if it would consume everything without hesitation.
It wasn’t as if this voracious hunger heralded a challenging s*xual encounter, yet in the face of desire that seemed endless, she inexplicably recoiled.
Was it because of this shapeless craving that he felt suffocated? He didn’t know the exact reason, but he felt tense. Belze took a hesitant step back, but the engine blocked her path.
It was scorching hot, and she couldn’t lean against it. Seo placed his hand on the blazing engine.
Belze, trapped in Seo’s arms like when she had been in Seok’s, looked up at him uneasily. She had felt this before, but the uncertainty of when it would happen made her uneasy.
Seo gradually drew closer, slowly. With each step, her throat tightened. Her heart raced, her stomach tingled.
She prepared herself to accept whatever sensations her entire body had experienced in the past. She had a very obedient body.
“Cheating…”
Was it?
Maybe it was her own fault for making such a flimsy offer when she could have done anything. Even if she said no, it didn’t seem like it would work on the triggered Seo.
“You’re the one who asked for a bet.”
She had set the terms, and Seo had only accepted.
Various thoughts crossed Belze’s mind.
Should we do it here, like this? I know it’s not the best place to do it, but I’ve just washed up, my clothes are easy to take off, I’m hot from the heat of the engine, and I know I lost….
And Seo is hungry for me.
The hand on the engine felt like it would touch her any second. Their lips were close, but the only time they’d ever really kissed was that day at the movie theater.
Everything else had just been fake, fueled to feed their hunger. As Belze thought about it, her gaze didn’t waver from Seo’s lips.
Her gaze was fixed firmly on his lips, capturing the expression on those lips, the one that had pushed past the threshold of shyness.
Seo’s face drew near. Belze didn’t resist and lowered her eyes. After all, if Seo wanted it this badly, and it was Seo who desired it, then why not? Belze thought it would be beneficial. She breathed in the w*tness against the tip of her nose as she gathered excuses.
Soon, other things would mix in. Tension coursed through her body, making her hair stand on end. At that moment, Seo backed away.
The tension that threatened to explode was swept away by the cold breeze that slipped through the cracks.
Seo paused for a moment as if regretful, and in the end, he distanced himself.
“What’s the matter?”
Belze’s heart pounded, and he glanced at Seo, who was looking the other way.
“Why say something you can’t handle?”
“Ah, no…”
“Relax, I didn’t think you meant it anyway. I didn’t want to respond to your villainous advances, and I scared you because I thought you were just trying to make fun of me.”
Breaking the dice for it? That was a lie. Belze knew that was a lie, even if she didn’t know anything else.
The expression on Seo’s face that Belze saw wasn’t one trying to mock her, but rather one trying to intimidate her. Back then, his desire was burning strong. He didn’t have the intention of accepting the proposal, but his desire was genuine.
But, Belze had hesitated, and he knew it.
“I… I didn’t get scared.”
She clicked her hesitant tongue to protest, but the way she hugged her robe was unconvincing.
She thought she’d gotten used to it, but this wasn’t a dream, so she couldn’t help but be frightened.
As a reality, the fact that Belze had made the proposal and Seo had accepted it was undeniable. It was like drawing an indelible line between them, which made him a bit apprehensive.
“Oh, alright.”
“I said no!”
“Okay.”
Seo’s voice was forced, as if he didn’t think so in the slightest. The lack of even a hint of mockery in his voice irritated Belze.
As he was about to step forward, insisting that no one would be scared, the sound of an electric saw came from beyond the metal sheet.
Sparks flew as the chainsaw sliced through metal sheet. They could hear the employees behind the plate asking if they were okay and assuring that they could come out soon.
Naturally, both of them fell silent and adjusted their attire. Belze quickly straightened her robe, and Seo, unable to do much with his tenting bulge, pulled his upper garment down.
Despite the heat making them sweat all over, Seo buttoned the shirt up to the top button.
Belze cursed him inwardly for being so neatly dressed and ready to go outside. Pretending that nothing had happened when he’d brought up a scary subject.
She had an urge to reveal Seo’s true nature to those who described him as a cool guy who didn’t care about love.
But, before she could say anything, a thick metal door appeared, and Seo disappeared inside it. From across the way, a strong light spilled through, making it seem as if Seo was enveloped in a halo of light and disappearing.
“Don’t wander around, go straight to your cabin.”
Before rushing out, he turned and left a word behind.
“You worry about yourself.”
Damn it.
Belze picked up the broken dice fragment. The plastic piece with only the side with a one left on it was sharp at the bottom, as if it would cut through something.

The villain was quickly subdued. Thanks to Seo not breaking the engine room, their plan had gone awry. It had made it easier for Seok and Seo to subdue them.
The rumors about smuggling important items on the luxury cruise had been spread by those villains, and it was their plan to have the hero on board personally inflict damage on the cruise ship. Perhaps it was to force substantial compensation and tarnish their reputation.
Regardless, it was all over now, and Seo’s job was done, having captured a total of nine members of the organization, including a known villain.
It was after 11 o’clock when he returned to his room. Seo took a thorough shower to wash away the sticky sweat, then, like Belze, threw on a robe over his underwear. He didn’t usually bother with a robe when going to sleep, but today he felt like it.
While he was busy with something, someone knocked on his door.
“Just a moment.”
He couldn’t leave what he was doing right away, so he raised his voice but the knocking became much louder.
Seok wouldn’t knock on the door so rudely. He would have identified himself first.
So, who was the impolite person making such a loud noise at the door?
Seo hurriedly opened the door and saw Belze.
She was wearing a robe just like he had seen on her before, but it wasn’t the dirty one with engine oil stains this time. Her body looked dewy from another bath, and her hair was slightly damp.
“What brings you here?”
“This.”
Belze extended her palm, and on it lay a dice fragment. She waited for Seo to look at it, then back at her. When their eyes met, Belze spoke boldly.
“I’m a good liar, but I keep my promises. And I’m not scared… so why stop me?”
Belze was cut off by Seo’s arm on the doorframe. She grabbed his arm with both hands and tried to push her way in, but he didn’t budge.
“It’s admirable that you want to keep your promise, but I can’t accept a villain’s conditional deal.”
“You wanted it bad enough to break the dice.”
Well… that’s true, but there’s room for explanation.
Seo insisted a little more.
“I did it because I was annoyed by your teasing, and I can’t take a conditional bet like that.”
“Why? Feeling guilty now?”
“If using your body to solve things works on me, then you might try it with others too.”
