Side Story: Hero Eaten by the Villain (Part 1)
A side story unrelated to the main plot
Heroes and villains fight day and night in Meteor City.
In an officetel turned battlefield in Meteor City, a hero and a villain who bounced into the officetel during a fight have just concluded their match.
“I was about to say today is the end! But! You betrayed my expectations! Are you even still human?”
“You throw all sorts of crap.”
A woman with hair that looked like plum blossoms or cherry blossoms tossed everything she could grab and sobbed, tears streaming down. Belze was unjustly annoyed that she couldn’t defeat him again today.
She’d thrown it in hopes of landing a hit, but the damned foe had slowly made his way toward her, dodging everything from rocks to drone fragments to cell phones with ease. The sound of his calm footsteps, devoid of urgency or excitement, was unsettling.
Of course, discomfort was not much of an issue in a situation like this. The real problem was the danger, and she should be running away, but her legs were weak, her upper body was injured, and there was no visible escape route around. Belze bit her lip in frustration, curling up on the ground.
Approaching closely, Kim Seo squatted down, looking at the crouched Belze silently. She grumbled in frustration at his calm demeanor.
Seo had an arrogant face that looked down on her, a conceited way of speaking, and a temperament that resembled a resident of hell, showing little concern for the damage around him!
“Belze.”
“Why! What! Why! Why call my name so affectionately!”
“It wasn’t affectionate.”
“Calling someone by their name is considered affectionate! What do you want from me? No, you don’t have to tell me, I know it, you’re going to treat me as roughly like those in a trashy novel!”
“Are you out of your mind?”
A look of contempt was cast, but Belze didn’t stop.
“You’re going to say, ‘Spread your legs,’ and then you’re going to grab my thighs and tell me I’m stiff inside, and then you’re going to squirt some white l*quid in them, it’s horrible!”
“Why would I do that?”
“Then, you’ll bite and touch my br*asts because they look attractive, and harass me everywhere else because you think I look so good! And then you’ll f*ck me without mercy, saying you’ll make my body one that can’t function without you.”
“Who…. who did that to you!”
“You did! You’re a villain, Kim Seo! You’re a horrible person! You’re going to bring me shame worse than taking my life… I know it!”
As it came to this, the one with the distorted face was Seo, his grave face turning peachy as he drove a steel bar into Belzé’s side.
“What do you know!”
“I know everything!”
“If that’s the case, might as well tie a knot around your arms and legs!”
Seo shouted proudly, and Belze shouted back, unabashed.
“Since it seems like that might happen, I’d rather go with a filthy scenario! It’s better to endure it once than to have arms and legs tied!”
“What? Why are you so brazen? What do you mean by going for that scenario?”
“Since you’re a bad guy anyway, instead of being a cruel villain who doesn’t cross the line, be a ruthless piece of trash! Keep my limbs intact!”
Seo’s astonishment was blown away by this truly confident declaration. By now, Belze had stopped sobbing and was wearing a stern expression. It wasn’t even a look of resolve in the face of a tragedy or an overwhelming task; it was more of a nuance of “Let’s get it over with quickly!”
“You…… do you still call yourself a hero after all this? Where did you get off compromising with a villain? Have you lost your mind? In times like this, you should have told me not to lay a hand on your body even if it meant death!”
“Is this still the 19th century, where you’re telling me to throw my life away for the sake of decency? For the sake of myself and the future of Meteor City, there are times when compromises and collaborations are necessary. Sometimes it ends with just sleeping once or twice, and that’s how you have to live, being flexible!”
It might have sounded absurd, but theoretically, there were no flaws in her argument.
In the long run, it’s better for a capable firefighter to survive than to sacrifice themselves to save a single citizen, and in a life-or-death situation between a doctor and a patient, it’s better to save the doctor to care for more patients.
The same goes for heroes. It’s more beneficial for society as a whole if a skilled hero, instead of gloriously dying in the hands of a villain, manages to survive and plan for the future, even if they appear pathetic.
Skilled heroes are a valuable resource that is difficult to replace. It may seem admirable to stubbornly refuse to compromise with evil and suffer a painful defeat, but it doesn’t create another hero.
If a hero is lost, there is likely to be a significant gap in the city’s public safety.
So, even if it requires compromise, a hero needs to survive. Belze’s words are correct, but it’s a bit strange when the person saying it is the hero herself.
“Shouldn’t you be the one not saying such things? Everyone else can, but not you.”
“Get lost. Does your dignity save you?”
“Your mindset isn’t much different from a villain’s.”
“I used to get a lot of scouts from your side back in the day.”
“That’s nothing to be proud of, is it?”
“Whether I brag or not is my business. I get acknowledged everywhere. Seriously… I’m so… popular, I’m in danger of getting caught by a villain and having my *ss handed to me.”
With relentless taunts, Seo’s patience finally snapped. It seemed like Belze, weakened as she was, was intentionally provoking him with such remarks.
Belze might have had the intention to deter Seo from attempting such actions by preemptively criticizing him. If it was Belze, it made sense. Otherwise, would such gloomy words make any sense?
Once he realized the danger of going down that train of thought, a feeling that he shouldn’t give in emerged. The game of chicken had begun.
“Is this for real… Seriously? Do you want to lie down and be pinned like a dog? Huh?”
“N-No. I don’t want that. It’s my first time, and I don’t want to do it like that.”
“…….”
“…….”
The game of chicken ended quickly. Seo’s ar*usal swelled in response to Belze’s hesitant yet assertive words, which seemed both fearful and inviting, making him appear somewhat shy.
And then there was silence again.
“…….”
“…….”
“…Even though you say ‘no’ with your mouth, your body honestly reacts!”
At this point, Seo couldn’t take it anymore. Unable to avoid eye contact, he couldn’t just stand there and watch someone with unbroken legs run away like a sparrow, constantly chirping and flitting around.
He lifted Belze from behind and tossed her lightly. Like a lightweight ball, she flew through the air, landing noisily on the bed at the end of a parabolic trajectory.
Regardless of whose officetel, it was, the bed quickly became dirtied with dust that Belle brought with her in an instant, making it even more tragically dirty for the owner.
However, what was even more tragic for the landlord was that Kim Seo began to take off his shoes and climb onto the bed.
“… Yes, it reacts. My c*ck says no, but there’s a lot of blood flowing here.”
“Ugh… .”
Belze, belatedly realizing her fears, stumbled backward with her palms, but behind her was nothing but the headboard and a solid wall.
She was blocked behind her, and then in front of her by Seo, with both hands and knees on the surface, prevented her escape.
But if she wanted to resist, she could have twisted her neck or something. Although her body wasn’t fully recovered yet, attempts were always possible. After all, Belze was someone who would run away with all her might in the face of unpleasant things, be it hero ethics or whatever.
But she didn’t. Just as she had said at the beginning, she merely squeezed her eyes shut as if indicating that enduring this was better than getting seriously hurt.
In that case…
“If that’s what you desire, I’ll gladly become garbage for you.”
A deliberately crafted smile lingered at the corners of Seo’s mouth.
