Prologue.
“I’ve come to tell you that I’m quitting.”
Izer was standing in front of the window. It must have been a good idea, as the only light was from a couple of candles lit on the desk. His face, half-turned towards her, shone coldly, reflecting the moonlight.
Celian took a deep breath and continued with the words she prepared.
“I have not taken good care of Young Master Percy. The Young Master needs a much better tutor than me.”
It was Harris Chesterfield’s order to leave a letter and run away. She decided to openly refuse this last order that had now lost its meaning.
Face to face, she gives her greetings. Putting an end to the relationship that started as employer and employee.
Celian, who had been waiting for his reaction while repeating countless words in her mouth, spoke up once more.
“Surely you’ll find someone more suitable than me……”
“There won’t be anyone who can suck my c*ck as well as you do.”
The words falling over the long arm closing the window were sharp.
“……!”
His red eyes blazed, staring straight at Celian. As the man approached step by step, she couldn’t even avert her gaze. Unconsciously retreating, her back touched the cold door.
Izer, who had followed her, stopped a few steps away and tilted his head slightly downward.
“I’m going to let the world know. How deeply we loved each other.”
“……!”
“‘Childhood friends who parted long ago met again, as a tutor and the eldest young master of the house.’ Something like this headline would fit, right?”
“Suddenly, why……”
“Let’s add one more line. ‘And they f*cked hard.’ Doesn’t that pique anyone’s interest? Don’t you want to buy a newspaper for 1 penny right away?”
“You’re trying to tarnish your own honor……”
“Did I ever need more honor than this?”
Only those who have awkwardly taken their positions cling to honor. The absolute do not need honor. Just as some people may criticize God as incompetent, yet God’s authority has remained firm for thousands of years.
The same was true for the Chesterfield ducal family. Celian, sensing something was off, slowly felt behind her back.
“I’ll come back tomorrow morning. You seem quite drunk now.”
The man’s eyes glinted.
“No.”
……The doorknob wouldn’t turn.
She had been called to his room dozens of times, but this was the first time the door was locked. Panicked, Celian turned around and frantically grabbed the doorframe, shaking it. There was only a rattling sound, with no sign of it opening.
A languid voice brushed the earlobe of the woman clinging to the door in panic.
“I ordered them to lock the door when you come to my room. Now everyone listens to me well.”
She felt an arm wrapping around her waist. A scream reflexively burst out, but Celian barely managed to gather her wits and pleaded.
“Please tell them to open the door. I won’t run away. I’ll take it off right now. I’ll take it off, so please, just don’t lock the door……”
She felt a hot breath next to her earlobe.
“We’ve f*cked more than once or twice, why are you in such a hurry? As if you have someone to meet.”
“……”
“You seemed to be getting along well with Dr. Owen, were you thinking of running away with him?”
Her body was lifted up. Celian screamed.
“Izer, let go!”
“Now you finally call my name.”
The man put her down. The deepest part of the room, on top of the bed, was her final destination. Ridiculously, as she moved away from the locked door, it became possible to assess the situation more rationally.
He easily trapped her body, which had bounced up from the impact of being laid down, between his arms. Celian’s heart sank at the words uttered by the face looking down at her, cold enough to freeze.
“How much were you promised?”
“What?”
“The price for playing with me, how much was it?”
He found out. The blood in her entire body turned cold.
Contrary to his terrifying words, the man’s expression was relaxed. It was the opposite of what Celian had expected, thinking he would be angry. If Celian had been as relaxed as the expression on his face, she might have recognized his false pretense by seeing the bulging veins on Izer’s hands.
She didn’t have the composure for that.
“……A thousand pounds.”
The fierce voice asked again.
“And?”
“If I didn’t listen, he said he would sell Beth to Count Winston……”
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
The hand that was pressing on the sheet grabbed both of her wrists.
“Did you think I couldn’t help at all?”
Even if he was a cuckoo, he was still a Chesterfield. He might resent Celian, but he wasn’t the type to turn a blind eye to Beth, that young child.
Why didn’t you ask me for help earlier, why didn’t you reveal that man’s vile scheme to me and ask me to hide you…….
The woman, whose lips had been trembling, answered in a tired tone.
“No. It was the opposite.”
“……”
“Because the Young Duke was perfectly a Chesterfield.”
‘Chesterfield’, to Izer, was clearly an insult.
It meant having a rotten interior with a seemingly decent exterior. It meant that just as Celian couldn’t confide about the Duke’s threats, Izer himself was equally trash to her.
The man laughed bitterly.
“To you, I was a Chesterfield.”
To think I believed I could turn around this terribly distorted reunion, there’s no greater delusion than that.
All the numerous methods he had devised to win this woman’s favor flashed through his mind. The excuses he was ready to lay out in detail, the jewels and dresses he was prepared to drape all over her body at any moment…….
Anger boiled up.
“Ha……!”
If you had even a shred of sincerity towards me, I could have forgiven you with just that.
But you come, embraced by another man, dressed as if you’ve just left the bed, and say you’re leaving.
That you’re leaving me.
“You can’t go.”
You must exist for me. Because that’s how I can live. I don’t need your love anymore. Because I have you, which is better than your love, by my side.
A heavy weight pressed down on Celian. The woman screamed.
“No, let go!”
No matter how much she resisted, she couldn’t overcome the innate difference in their physical strength. Izer, while pinning her down, reached out with one hand and opened the drawer. The means he had tried not to use finally revealed itself from the drawer.
The woman’s body stiffened at the sound of metal.
Thanks to that, things became easier. Izer smiled cruelly as he cuffed her wrists. By the time he raised the connected wrists above her head and tied the middle of the handcuffs to the bed with his necktie, the woman who had been stiff until then started to struggle.
“Aagh!”
It was a convulsive scream. Yes, you must be scared. I didn’t want to do this either. Izer smiled as he stuffed a handkerchief into her mouth. Celian Berienne, the name with its threads unraveling, trembled at its owner’s lips.
“Don’t try to vomit. It’s our beautiful memory.”
“Mmph!”
After stuffing the handkerchief deep into her throat, the name was no longer visible. It doesn’t matter. Reality is more important than letters.
The boy who once believed in stories written in letters kissed her cheek as the first step in indulging in a living, breathing female body, and lowered his hand.
Between her parted blouse, a corset covering her chest and waist was revealed. A pair of skilled hands tore at the corset and pulled down her briefs. Her legs kicked at him instead of her bound hands.
“Do I need to bring out shackles for you to come to your senses?”
At those words, the woman’s struggles stopped. In fact, whether her feet were tied or not, it would be the same that she couldn’t escape, but perhaps she wanted to be free, even a little.
There would be no more freedom for this woman.
Red lips kissed the round ar*ola. The swelling nub that rose each time the lips touched and left was welcome.
The honest reaction of the body was evidence of who this body’s owner was. That fact was quite satisfying.
Fear filled her sky-blue eyes. Even though it wasn’t their first time joining bodies, she instinctively realized. That the Izer from now on would be a completely different person from the Izer until now.
If traces of Ren remained in the Izer until now, from now on he would be the ‘Duke of Chesterfield’.
Just be there. Whether you hate me or despise me, that’s your heart. No matter how you look at me, you are my person, and lest you forget, I will take you again and again. The whole world will know that you are mine.
Your will doesn’t matter.
Because I love you.
