Warning: This comment contains spoilers. First, I want to say I read chapters 60 to the end. I don’t know why I’m repeating them in this order. Second, wtf, it’s more of a horror story than a romance. The story, set within a miserable marriage, takes place in the first few chapters, which I haven’t read. The husband goes to war, and she’s kidnapped for days. The husband does nothing because he doesn’t know what to do. She barely escapes her kidnappers after nearly being r*ped twice. She escapes from her demented husband. The husband goes insane because FL dies, and he discovers she was r*ped for seven days to save him. By the way, this isn’t discussed properly; he only knows what happened to her because of him. He should have dealt with it better knowing this information. Back to the story: he discovers his wife’s whereabouts and forces her to go with him again. Does he beg for forgiveness? Nooooo, he doesn’t. He treats her coldly, without feelings or warmth. There’s no love for her or the unborn child. Then, boom, the child dies. FL goes crazy and wants to commit s*icide. Does the husband know what to do? No, as usual, he decides to leave her in her father’s old house. This is the first correct decision the husband makes in the entire story. They all break up, stay apart for only two months, then the husband has an accident and attempts s*icide. I don’t know if the s*icide attempt happened after the accident or in the past when the wife disappeared. I don’t know. Then, boom! The wife decides to return to him because of the s*icide attempt, and then they live happily ever after. I don’t see the romance in the story; everyone is crazy. The story is very superficial; there’s no depth to the characters, and the events are scattered all over the place. I feel bad, maybe because of the bad story or because it’s 5 a.m. Anyway, thanks to the translator for her efforts.
