As if their exploration phase had ended, the two exploded with emotion. Their hands, removing each other’s clothes, were filled with urgency, and they explored each other’s lips as if they couldn’t bear to be separated even an inch. Clothes flew in all directions. When they became n*ked, they stopped moving and stared into each other’s eyes.
Their hearts raced as they saw themselves reflected in each other’s pupils. Soyu’s chest rising with shallow breaths and Jinwook’s ribcage moving dramatically had different shapes but shared the same emotion. Soyu reached out and cupped his cheek. Jinwook’s eyes burned hot enough to scorch as he kissed her palm. He whispered in a husky voice.
“I’ll never let you go again.”
She answered with a cracked voice.
“Yes. Don’t let me go.”
His face lowered, and their lips met. The two began to melt into languid, dizzying pleasure. Their breathing gradually became rougher, and the room filled with their soft, sensual m*ans.
Soyu’s eyelids lifted. She was momentarily confused by the bare skin before her, then raised her head to confirm it was Jinwook and smiled. She turned her head to look out the window. Outside, a beautiful sunset was fading. What time is it? She wanted to get up and check the time but gave up, not wanting to wake Jinwook, and observed his sleeping face instead.
‘Yes! You idiot! Today is only my second time, that’s why I’m like this! Jang Soyu! You’re really mean!’
Soyu laughed. To think she was his first woman. Despite looking like someone who would play around, he was surprisingly pure-hearted. Her eyes shone with love as she looked at him. Just then, Jinwook’s eyelids lifted. His eyes curved roundly when he discovered Soyu.
“Hello.”
His voice was husky and sounded s*xy. When you like someone, even the smallest things start to look s*xy.
“Hello.”
After exchanging slightly shy and awkward greetings, he held Soyu tightly in his arms and mumbled.
“I slept so deeply. Sorry.”
With her face against his chest, she asked.
“What are you sorry for?”
“I wanted to stay awake and talk about various things, but I just lost consciousness.”
Her face reddened at the sweet, gentle words in her ear. It wasn’t just him. She had been the same. They had been desperate, as if they might never get another chance.
“I was the same, so……”
He pushed Soyu’s shoulders and met her eyes. Her face reddened under his searching gaze.
“Why are you looking at me like that……”
“I’m checking if you enjoyed it. Looks like you did.”
Soyu gave him a playful side-eye at his cheerful remark. Holding her, he looked outside and said, “Oh?”
“The sunset.”
“Yes. It’s setting.”
“It’s beautiful.”
Jinwook got up, put a robe on her, and took her to the window. Embracing her from behind with his chin on her shoulder, he murmured.
“Really beautiful.”
The sunset visible beyond the lush greenery of Namsan Mountain was truly beautiful. He asked.
“Remember? When school ended early once, and I was going to your house for tutoring, the sunset was this beautiful then too.”
“I remember.”
“You do?”
“Yes. That was the day I kicked you.”
Jinwook flinched and moved in front of her with a serious expression.
“Let me ask one thing.”
“Go ahead.”
“Did you really mean to kick me then?”
“Yes. You really made me angry.”
His brow furrowed.
“What was the reason? I must have been snarky.”
“I don’t even remember now. And it’s not important.”
“It is to me. Yu-ya, you won’t hit me anymore, right?”
His serious face made her feel strangely cheerful.
“Depends on what you do.”
When he flinched at her answer, Soyu coolly said,
“Just don’t do anything that deserves a hit.”
Jinwook’s lips jutted forward slightly.
“That’s the hard part. My personality won’t change overnight.”
“You’ll get used to it if you’re careful.”
He glanced at her cautiously.
“Hmm… Can’t you be generous and overlook it out of love?”
“Do you think your personality can be covered by love?”
After thinking for a moment, Jinwook admitted.
“I guess not. But I am trying.”
“Yes. Keep trying and don’t let your guard down. Then nothing will happen. Are you hungry?”
When Soyu turned around, Jinwook frowned. Hungry in this situation? But Soyu’s stomach is precious. He asked.
“Should we order room service? Or go out?”
“Let’s order room service. I don’t have energy.”
“We can’t have you without energy.”
Jinwook supported her to the bed and showed her the menu.
“Order whatever you want.”
She tried to order a simple salad, but Jinwook objected.
“Eat protein. Meat.”
“That seems too heavy.”
“No way. You need to build your strength. What would I do if you collapsed?”
“I won’t collapse.”
“No, you’re already exhausted after just once. Eat meat, meat.”
Soyu suddenly flinched.
“Is that why you want me to eat meat?”
Jinwook looked embarrassed at her question.
“No, not exactly… Come to think of it, you tend to neglect food. You need to eat well to work well too. Do you have a lot of work? From now on, I’ll take care of your meals.”
And you need good stamina to do lots of things with me. Jinwook carefully hid his true thoughts. She would hit him if she knew. Soyu stared at his seemingly sincere face and nodded.
“Okay. Let’s eat.”
When an excited Jinwook ordered various dishes, she protested.
“That’s too much.”
“What’s too much? It’s not. We can eat it all.”
You need to eat a lot to go all night. He was determined with his goal in mind.
Soyu was shocked when the food arrived in the room. There were two trays.
“Did you order more?”
“Just a few hot dishes, the rest are desserts. We need to replenish our sugar.”
He seemed very happy, constantly smiling. Soyu’s eyes narrowed. Something seems suspicious. But when she smelled the food, her appetite surged despite her earlier lack of interest. Sitting at the table, she swallowed her saliva as Jinwook lifted the covers. The steak’s thickness was impressive.
“It’s big.”
“The steaks here are delicious.”
After opening all the covers, Jinwook cut her steak into small pieces.
“Eat.”
“Thank you.”
Her eyes curved roundly after one bite.
“Delicious.”
“Eat a lot, a lot.”
“I can’t eat all this.”
“Yes, you can. You exercised, so you can eat.”
Her hand stopped midway to her mouth. Soyu’s face turned red. Jinwook smiled mischievously.
“Eat a lot. You need energy to exercise.”
His words made her feel like the meat was getting stuck in her throat. She narrowed her eyes and watched him eat voraciously. How can he say such things so casually? This was another side of Kim Jinwook she didn’t know. The more she learned about him, the less she understood. She couldn’t tell if he was serious or joking. Just then, after devouring one plate like it was nothing, he placed another plate of steak in front of himself. Surprised, Soyu asked.
“You’re eating more?”
“Yes. I’m hungry. And I need to eat a lot since we’ll be up all night. You should eat more too.”
She blinked in astonishment before her face reddened all the way to her neck. She bowed her head deeply. The fact that his words didn’t upset her suggested she was also looking forward to it, but it was still very embarrassing since she wasn’t used to it. When would such situations feel natural?
After finishing their meal, the cake she reluctantly tried under Jinwook’s insistence was delicious. Jinwook smiled with satisfaction as he watched her round eyes.
“Is it good?”
“Yes. It’s delicious.”
“If it’s delicious, eat a lot.”
Before she knew it, she had eaten a whole slice, and she tilted her head in confusion.
“That’s strange. I usually can’t eat this much.”
“What are you talking about? Don’t you remember when I went to your office last time?”
“My office?”
“Yes. When we went together during the rainy season, you ate two bowls of rice at the restaurant on the first floor.”
Soyu exclaimed “Ah!” and nodded.
“That place is just so delicious.”
“You don’t naturally eat little; you just like delicious food. From now on, I’ll only feed you delicious things.”
Soyu chuckled. After finishing her meal, she took out her phone from her bag. Jinwook approached and asked.
“Who are you calling?”
“Yeoul. I’m going to call Mom and ask her to put him on.”
“Let’s do a video call. Wait a moment. Let me put on some clothes.”
Soyu also got dressed for the video call with her son. Jinwook waited for the call to connect. He expected Jeongeun to answer first, but Yeoul’s face appeared.
[Dad! Mom!]
Soyu asked about the background behind her son.
“Where are you? That’s not our house.”
[I’m at Uncle Hyunwook and Uncle Taeseop’s house. I came to have dinner with Grandma.]
Yeoul showed them his grandmother, Hyunwook, and Taeseop in turn, and also showed the house. Jinwook smiled contentedly and said.
“Ask your uncles to make you something delicious.”
Yeoul showed them the table. It was loaded with meat, eel, and everything else.
[Dad. I ate eel too!]
“Was it good?”
[Yes. Super delicious. Did Mom and Dad have dinner?]
“We just ate too.”
[Is it nice there?]
“Yes. Next time, let’s bring Yeoul too.”
[Yes!]
Just then, Jeongeun appeared on screen.
[Don’t worry about Yeoul and enjoy yourselves. Hyunwook and Taeseop played with Yeoul all day.]
The men’s voices could be heard off-screen.
[Buy us a meal later.]
[Forget the meal, just buy us drinks.]
Jinwook giggled. After talking for a while and ending the call, Jinwook said to Soyu.
“Should we go for a walk?”
“Sounds good.”
The two left the room and headed outside the hotel.
