Chapter 6.6
Since it was bridal makeup, it took much longer than usual.
And all she had to eat was a small sandwich and some juice.
“I’m sorry, Miss. You can’t have a full stomach when putting on the dress.”
“I know…”
Ellie nodded, holding back tears.
After a long while, the makeup was finally finished and she stood up.
As she went outside to head to the temple, her whole family was waiting.
“Ellie!”
Her mother hurried over as soon as she saw her.
“You look so beautiful today, Ellie. You’ll be even more stunning in your wedding dress.”
Her mother beamed as she looked Ellie up and down.
Her father and her younger brother Rahil also walked over.
When she saw him, Ellie’s eyes widened.
“When did you get here? You weren’t here yesterday.”
“This morning. I had to attend my sister’s wedding.”
He cleared his throat and glanced away, then spoke.
“…Congratulations on your wedding.”
“Thank you.”
His slightly awkward demeanor made Ellie smile.
“Let’s leave on time. Be careful on the way.”
“Yes, Father.”
Since their family wasn’t overly affectionate, their goodbyes were simple.
Finally, after receiving the tiara from her Mother, Ellie rode the carriage to the temple with Roni.
Staring blankly out the window, she suddenly felt a hand holding hers.
Turning her head, she saw Roni holding her hand.
“Roni?”
“Don’t be nervous, Miss.”
“Ah…”
Only then did Ellie realize she was tense.
“Miss, today you’ll be the happiest of all.”
“…Really?”
“Of course, Miss!”
Roni nodded with a bright smile.
She chattered excitedly, saying she couldn’t wait to see Ellie in her wedding dress.
Meanwhile, the carriage slowly came to a stop, having arrived at the temple.
Since it was still early, no guests had arrived yet.
Wondering if she might catch a glimpse of Feroza, Ellie looked around, but instead, a priest was approaching.
“Are you Lady Archenna?”
“Yes.”
“Please come this way.”
He seemed to be the priest officiating the ceremony.
Ellie and Roni followed the priest inside.
“This is the waiting room. Your wedding dress is inside; please check it.”
“Yes, thank you.”
“If you need anything, just pull this bell cord.”
When Ellie nodded, the priest smiled.
“Congratulations on your wedding.”
“Thank you.”
The priest left the room, and Roni bustled about.
“Miss, here’s your dress.”
In one corner of the room stood a mannequin draped with cloth.
As Roni tried to lift the cloth, an urgent knock sounded at the door.
“Ellie, I’m here!”
It was Tiahren.
Roni dropped the cloth she was holding and hurried to open the door.
“Ellie!”
“You’re here?”
“I’m not late, am I?”
Tiahren was catching her breath.
It looked like she’d run all the way here.
“I just arrived too.”
“That’s a relief… Let’s check the dress first.”
Tiahren hurried over, carefully pulled away the cloth, and inspected the dress thoroughly.
“There’s no damage or anything. I was so worried something might have happened during transport.”
She let out a deep sigh of relief.
Roni helped Tiahren take the dress off the mannequin.
“This way, like this…”
With their help, Ellie put on the dress with ease.
“You look so beautiful, Miss…”
Roni clasped her hands together, gazing at Ellie with a blissful expression.
Tiahren looked at her proudly.
“It really suits you. This wedding dress is perfect for Ellie.”
As Tiahren moved around tidying the dress, Roni returned with a tiara.
“My goodness, the tiara is so pretty!”
Tiahren gasped, covering her mouth with her hand.
Feeling a little shy, Ellie spoke softly.
“It’s a tiara passed down from my mother.”
“Really? That’s so romantic…”
Tiahren’s eyes sparkled.
Ellie put on the tiara and the veil.
“Oh, and here’s the bouquet!”
Roni handed her the bouquet.
Holding the bouquet and looking in the mirror, Ellie saw the perfect bride.
“How do I look, Tia? Is it alright?”
“Of course it is! I guarantee, out of all the brides who have ever married, Ellie is the prettiest.”
“It’s all thanks to the wedding dress you made, Tia.”
“If Ellie hadn’t worn it so well, it would never have been possible.”
They exchanged compliments back and forth.
Just then, another knock sounded and the door opened slightly.
“It’s almost time for the ceremony. Please come out.”
“Ah, yes…!”
Suddenly, Ellie’s heart began to pound.
“Ellie, are you okay?”
“Huh, huh, huh?”
“Why are your hands shaking like this?”
Tiahren, standing beside her, grabbed her hand with a worried face.
Unfortunately, even Ellie’s voice was trembling.
“What if I trip while walking…?”
“The Grand Duke will catch you. Don’t worry, Ellie.”
Tiahren and Roni kept reassuring her, almost as if trying to brainwash her.
Before she knew it, they had arrived at the entrance to the wedding hall, and Feroza, dressed in a black tuxedo, was waiting.
He was already staring at her, even before she called out.
“Ellie, see you at the reception!”
“Congratulations on your wedding, Miss!”
Tiahren and Roni whispered to her, then hurried away.
“You’ve probably heard this a lot, but… you look so beautiful, Ellie.”
“No matter how many times I hear it, I love hearing it from you, Feroza.”
Ellie smiled sweetly.
“Feroza, you look handsome too.”
“Thank you.”
“Um, Feroza.”
“Yes.”
He turned his head and looked at her.
“What if I trip while walking…? I’m suddenly so nervous…”
“I’m holding you tightly, so you’ll be fine. Or maybe I’ll trip first?”
“What is that supposed to mean?”
The ridiculous suggestion made Ellie laugh.
When she giggled softly, Feroza laughed too.
Just then, music began playing softly inside.
It signaled the start of the wedding ceremony.
Ellie tried to calm her pounding heart and took a deep breath.
“Ellie, hold onto my arm tightly.”
“Yes.”
She gripped Feroza’s arm firmly.
Finally, the doors slowly opened and the bright interior was revealed.
The guest seats were packed, and some people were even standing.
“Please welcome the bride and groom with a round of applause.”
The voice of the elderly high priest rang out.
Ellie and Feroza walked slowly down the aisle to the music.
Applause echoed in her ears.
Thankfully, she didn’t trip and arrived safely before the high priest.
‘Whew…’
It was a relief that nothing embarrassing happened.
The wedding ceremony wasn’t complicated.
After receiving the high priest’s blessing and reading their vows, each took a sip from the cup of oath, and it was done.
Interestingly, the ring exchange was a ritual for the first night.
“—I swear to love you forever.”
Only Ellie and Feroza’s voices echoed in the quiet hall.
The high priest offered her a silver cup first.
Though it was grandly called the cup of oath, the drink inside was just ordinary wine.
Ellie took a small sip and handed it to Feroza.
He drank without taking his eyes off her.
“With this, I declare these two are now husband and wife.”
As the high priest finished speaking, applause filled the hall.
“I love you, Ellie.”
“I love you, too.”
Flower petals fluttered as Ellie and Feroza kissed.
Even though it was just a gentle kiss without mingling tongues, her heart fluttered more than ever.
* * *
“Ha, I’m so tired…”
After the reception, Ellie returned to the mansion.
Of course, not the Archenna mansion, but to the Calliet Grand Ducal house.
Tonight, they would stay here and leave for their honeymoon tomorrow morning.
“Are you very tired?”
“A little…?”
“Maybe it’s because you wore high heels. I’ll give you a leg massage later.”
“Thank you.”
Ellie rested her head on Feroza’s chest.
It felt nice to be with him in warm water.
‘Except for the thing poking my hip.’
When she shifted her body, Feroza spoke.
“Ellie, if you keep moving, I won’t be able to hold back.”
“Mmm…”
Eventually, Ellie settled into a comfortable position and relaxed.
After a short bath, they stepped outside.
She was embarrassed to be n*ked, so she wrapped herself in a gown.
Of course, it was so thin it barely covered her, but it was better than nothing.
“Ellie, lie down here.”
“Hm?”
“I said I’d give you a leg massage earlier.”
“Oh…”
That’s right.
Ellie nodded and carefully lay down on the bed.
Feroza kneaded her legs.
It felt surprisingly good, and Ellie relaxed.
“How is it, Ellie?”
“It feels great… Where did you learn this?”
“No, I just wanted you to feel good.”
But Feroza’s hands, which started with her legs, gradually moved to more intimate places.
“Feroza.”
“Yes?”
“Your touch is getting a little… suggestive.”
“I need to relieve tension everywhere.”
His hands, which had massaged her calves, moved up to her thighs.
Eventually, he slipped his hand between her legs and gently stroked her inner thighs.
“Ah, mm…”
Since she wore only a gown and no underwear, there was nothing to block his fingers.
Her body trembled, and perhaps because of the earlier massage, she melted easily.
Taking advantage of that, his fingers slipped inside.
“Ah…!”
“You’re wet, Ellie.”
With a few movements of his fingers, her arousal quickly grew, making a slick sound.
“Ellie, lift your hips.”
At Feroza’s words, Ellie hesitated, then carefully raised her hips.
Lying face down with her hips raised was an embarrassing position, making her face turn hot.
“Ha, you’re so beautiful…”
She could feel Feroza stroking her hips from behind.
Then, suddenly, he gave her a gentle bite, making her flinch in surprise.
“Feroza!”
“Sorry. You’re so fair, I just had to bite.”
He chuckled softly.
Soon, Ellie could feel him rubbing the tip of his member at her entrance.
As he gradually pushed inside, the feeling of fullness made her breathless.
This position seemed to let him go deeper, and it was a bit overwhelming.
“Hngh…”
“Whew…”
Feroza let out a quiet breath.
He overlapped his body above hers, placing his hand over the back of her hand.
“I love you, Ellie.”
“I love— ah, ah!”
Before she could finish speaking, Feroza moved his hips.
Somehow, it felt much rougher than usual.
Feroza gripped her chest tightly as it shook with his movements.
When he twisted her n*pple, a wave of excitement shot through her, making her mouth fall open.
“Haah, ah, ahng, ah, hngh!”
Then, Feroza suddenly pulled out and flipped her over.
In an instant, she was staring at the ceiling, blinking in surprise, as he entered her all at once.
“Ahhk…!”
Her vision whirled.
Feroza laced his fingers with her limp hand.
She was reaching her limit.
Her toes curled, and her back slowly arched.
As Feroza’s thr*sts grew even more intense, her mind went blank.
“Hngh, ah, ah, ahhk…”
As she reached her cl*max, her arousal flowed out like a fountain.
“Ugh…”
Feroza let out a low groan and released inside her.
Her hips trembled, and her vision blurred.
She could even clearly feel him pulling out, making her body shudder again.
Very naturally, Feroza brought over a warm, damp towel and wiped her body.
She closed her eyes and quietly accepted his touch, when suddenly, she felt something being slipped onto her finger.
Startled, she opened her eyes wide and looked at her hand—there was a ring on her fourth finger she hadn’t seen before.
Raising her upper body, she looked at him.
“Feroza, this is…”
“It’s a wedding ring.”
When they chose the wedding rings, they had picked out the design together, but only Feroza had seen the finished product.
She’d vaguely imagined it would be pretty if made as designed, but seeing it in person felt completely different.
“How is it? This is your first time seeing it in real life.”
“It’s really beautiful… Where’s yours, Feroza? Let me put it on you.”
“Here.”
Feroza quickly handed her his ring.
She took the ring and carefully slid it onto his finger.
Seeing the rings shining brightly on each other’s hands, they couldn’t help but smile.
“Feroza, I’m truly so happy.”
“I’ll make you even happier from now on.”
Feroza lowered his head and kissed her.
As they shared a deep, lingering kiss, Ellie smiled.
Just as Feroza said, she would live happily.
Forever, with him.
