Chapter 26 – Wedding
“Ah!”
Rosie suddenly exclaimed as if she remembered something.
“What?”
Theo, gently rubbing her chest as she lay in his arms, asked.
“The music box!”
“The music box?”
Rosie turned to face him and nodded.
“Why did you take the music box away back then?”
That day was the first and last time Theo had ever gotten angry at Rosie as they grew up. After that, he almost always granted Rosie’s requests. Theo, recalling the memory, chuckled.
“You’re asking because you don’t know?”
“Yeah.”
Rosie looked up at him with innocent eyes and nodded. Cute, clueless Rosie, now and then.
“You were forehead-to-forehead with that idiot Stewart, laughing together.”
“Oh my, Theo. We were five or six then.”
“Six.”
Rosie looked incredulous.
“You were jealous even back then?”
“Probably.”
Leaving Rosie’s disbelief as it was, Theo moved down to her chest. Her n*pples, which hardened just from his touch, were quickly taken into his mouth.
“No way, we were too young. We were complete babies then.”
Regardless of her words, Theo sucked her n*pples and started to tease between her legs with his other hand.
“Ahh! Theo!”
Theo, lifting his head, licked his lips seductively as if savoring her. Just seeing his face was enough to make her wet between her legs.
“Age doesn’t matter. I liked you even back then. That’s why I was so angry.”
Contrary to his calm voice, his fingers were moving in and out of Rosie’s moist entrance.
“Ah!”
When he rubbed her sensitive spot with his thumb, her waist arched. Watching her flush red, he spoke.
“Don’t ever get that close to anyone else again.”
Rosie, her gaze slightly blurred from his vigorous movements, bit her lip.
“Hey, honestly, tell me. It wasn’t your first time, was it?”
“What are you talking about?”
Theo settled himself between Rosie’s spread legs.
“You, it wasn’t your first time with me, right? You weren’t a v*rgin, were you?”
Rosie looked at him narrowly and asked.
No matter how she thought about it, it couldn’t have been his first time. How could someone who so precisely found her sensitive spots be a first-timer?
Theo, letting out a bitter laugh, pressed his fully *rect member against her entrance.
“That’s unfair.”
Then, he thr*st into her in one motion.
“Ah!”
Even though she had been prepared by the lovemaking that continued through the night and the caresses that started early in the morning, Rosie’s entrance stretched tightly.
Theo licked her neck with his tongue.
“Ah! Ha!”
“You know, Rosie. I learn everything quickly.”
As he rotated his hips gently, Rosie gasped for breath. Indeed, Theo had always been smart since he was young. He learned and understood things quickly.
“And if it’s your body, the one I love, there’s nothing I wouldn’t know.”
Theo, thrusting strongly, rubbed her n*pples. Her mind felt like it was turning white.
“So! Ah!”
He lifted her body and, still joined, made Rosie lie on her stomach.
“Ha!”
Unfamiliar sensations caused her juices to flow out. Theo, pressing his body against hers and hugging her waist, thr*st powerfully.
“Ah! No! Theo!”
“It’s fine. It’s okay.”
Theo, nibbling at her neck, bit Rosie’s ear.
“Hng! Today’s the wedding…! Ah!”
Once Theo started, he never tired. At this rate, she might not be able to walk into the wedding hall on her own.
He reached out and twisted Rosie’s cl*toris.
“Ah!”
Rosie’s body curved, and a tingling sensation spread up her spine.
“No…! Ah! Stop… now!”
“Alright. Just once right now.”
Theo’s hand, which had been tormenting her cl*toris, slowly moved up to her n*pple. When he began to rub her n*pple with his fingers coated in her juices, the pleasure was doubled compared to usual.
“Ah! Ha!”
Her cl*max came earlier than usual, and her entrance began to contract tightly.
Theo lifted himself from Rosie, who was squeezing him so tightly it felt like she might break him.
Grabbing her hips, he began to thr*st roughly. Rosie’s slender body shook as if it might break beneath him. Even as he pounded her hard enough to make wet sounds, there was no time for shame.
She shuddered at the pleasure Theo gave her. As she trembled and shivered, his movements stopped.
“Hng!”
Theo’s warm breath spread by Rosie’s ear as he pushed into her a few more times.
Theo kissed down Rosie’s back as she lay sprawled on the bed.
“What if I can’t walk in there later?”
Rosie’s whisper, mixed with ragged breaths, held a hint of complaint.
“Then I’ll carry you.”
Rosie slapped his arm, and Theo chuckled.
“We said we wouldn’t do this today.”
“Sorry.”
Theo, lying beside her, pulled Rosie into his arms and kissed the top of her head.
“There’s still some time. You can nap for a bit.”
Rosie, drained of energy, managed a small nod.
“I love you, Rosie.”
“I love you too, Theo.”
Rosie whispered as she closed her fading eyes.
Soon, her breathing became steady.
Theo gently kissed her closed eyelids. He wanted nothing more than to wake her and hold her again, but he knew how much Rosie was looking forward to the wedding. He couldn’t ruin it.
‘From tonight, I don’t have to hold back anymore.’
Not long after being caught by the Duchess, Theo announced their marriage to both the Dukedom and Earldom.
Earl Deacon grumbled, but everyone acted like they’d expected it.
Especially Rosie’s mother, the Countess, seemed unsurprised.
[Theo made it so obvious. Rosie was just a bit slow to notice.]
Countess Deacon’s words made Rosie stare at her with wide eyes.
“Cute.”
Theo stroked her cheek with his finger.
‘Mine.’
Now Rosie was his. His wife.
* * *
The dress made by the Empire’s most famous designer suited Rosie perfectly.
Delicate pale pink lace on the chest and shoulders made her skin look even softer.
The waist was tight, and the skirt flared out, making her appear more slender.
On her head, she wore a veil and a hair ornament passed down in the Durand Dukedom.
The jewelry, decorated with sapphires and emeralds beside a large diamond, shone brilliantly.
“Rosie, you’re so beautiful.”
Duchess Durand dabbed at her eyes.
“Phoebe, people will think you’re the bride’s mother.”
Countess Deacon laughed brightly.
“I’m just so moved.”
Watching Theo, who had always been gentle with Rosie, Duchess Durand once worried and told her husband,
[Penelope, there’s nothing more pathetic than a man who shows off his strength in front of the woman he loves. Theo already knows how to cherish a woman. Just like me.]
He was just like his father, even in the way he loved.
The Duchess rested her forehead on her friend’s shoulder as she wiped her tears.
“I’m so glad we’re family now.”
“I know. What a wonderful connection this is.”
Her mother’s hand on her shoulder was gentle. Rosie smiled at the reflection of her mothers in the mirror.
When Theo said he’d bring Rosie to the Dukedom early, her mother was the first to help pack.
She said Rosie would regret it forever if she let a man like Theo slip away.
“Are you ready?”
Rosie nodded, her face full of anticipation. It was time to become Theo’s wife.
The wedding ceremony was held in the wide garden of the Dukedom, attended by many guests.
People took their seats one by one.
Theo stood in his place, waiting for Rosie.
He’d waited so long, but these few minutes felt even longer.
‘She’s not running away, right? What if she doesn’t come out?’
Theo nervously licked his dry lips.
“Theo.”
Theo turned at the sound of his name. He stared at her, frozen.
Rosie was—
Even more beautiful than he’d imagined.
No music box fairy could compare to Rosie now.
“Theo?”
Rosie called out when he didn’t come to take her hand. He shook his head and quickly went to her, taking her hand. As they walked forward, Rosie asked,
“You don’t regret this, do you?”
But before Theo could answer, they reached the priest. The brief ceremony and blessings followed, and the wedding moved toward its end.
“The groom and bride may share their vow’s kiss.”
Facing Rosie, Theo finally answered her earlier question.
“Rosie, I’ll never regret being with you for the rest of my life.”
Rosie’s face lit up with a bright smile.
“I love you.”
Theo smiled back and leaned in for the vow’s kiss.
Petals scattered in the wind. The warm breeze felt like a blessing for the newlyweds.
In the beautiful garden, just as summer was arriving, their wedding was like a painting.
