Chapter 2.1
Caron, who was about to open the door and leave, suddenly found himself embraced from behind, his body stiffening in shock. He was more aware than anyone of the clear hereditary traits of his own family. That was why he had always been so careful, always on guard. Yet now, he had fallen into a trap and needed to escape at once. But it was already too late.
He was now realizing the truth. In fact, the apple tea he had just drunk contained a mild aphrodisiac. It was clear that someone had plotted this with malicious intent.
Even an ordinary person would not be able to resist the effects of such a substance, but as a descendant of a family renowned for its overwhelming vitality, the effect on him was even more potent.
Caron, the proud descendant of the House of Perschtmann, who had upheld premarital chastity as the highest virtue, now needed to escape immediately.
Yet, the woman who had given him this wicked drug was now clinging to him from behind, and everything went black before his eyes. He could not let himself be caught like this. But perhaps it was already too late, as a primal instinct began to surge from deep within him.
“Get away from me!”
Caron, still held from behind, shouted desperately. His body had already started trembling uncontrollably with an overwhelming desire.
The woman’s soft fingers were teasing him below his waist, the sensation so intoxicatingly stimulating it was almost blissful. The sweet scent of the woman pressing close behind him was already numbing his senses.
“Ugh.”
With a short groan, Caron slowly turned around. Aness, who had been clinging to him so desperately from behind, was now in a state of utter desperation.
She had to somehow persuade this man to make another appointment, or else all her efforts so far would be for nothing.
“Please, can we just talk for a moment? I have something to say to you.”
How on earth could she secure another meeting with this man? In truth, Aness felt lost. No matter how lacking she might be as a woman, to be dismissed after just a cup of tea and immediately shown the door was a bit humiliating.
If Miss Strauss had come instead, things would not have turned out like this. Even while feeling miserable, her determination to hold on to this man remained unwavering.
‘Listen, the woman you’ll meet in the future will be from a family far higher than mine, beautiful and virtuous. So please, just give me a chance, I’ll do whatever it takes for your marriage with her…’
Aness, her heart desperate, could only plead silently as she looked at him with longing eyes. At that moment, Caron grabbed her chin tightly, looking straight at her.
“?”
She did not notice the unfocused look in Caron’s eyes. She simply stared in a daze at his arrogant yet handsome face.
“Something to say? Fine. I’ll listen. But from now on, our conversation can only happen on the bed.”
The chilling words, mixed with heated breath, left Aness momentarily stunned.
‘Huh? What…what kind of nonsense is this? On the bed…?’
But Caron did not give her time to process her confusion, pushing her roughly toward the bed set up in the inner room.
“Ah!”
He had only pushed her lightly, but her body collapsed onto the bed like a sheet of paper, helpless and limp.
“…!”
Caron’s expression as he approached her on the bed was clearly unusual. His face was flushed red with heat, looking anything but normal.
He struggled to calm his heated breath, trying to suppress his burning desire, but it was no use. His reason was already paralyzed, and only animalistic l*st remained.
He bit his lower lip hard to fight his desire, but blood only dripped down his chin, doing nothing to stop him. He was extremely flustered, knowing that in moments of uncontrollable passion, his family’s hereditary trait would overpower his mind.
Aness, too, was just as bewildered. The Duke’s face, looking down at her as she lay on the bed, seemed monstrous. His face was flushed, and blood was trickling from his lips—she could not help but be afraid.
‘No way, does he desire me? Could I really possess such fatal charm? No, no, that’s not what’s important right now. I’m not supposed to be the protagonist. I must secure the next appointment with Miss Strauss!’
Even in this frightening, urgent moment, she did not forget her professional purpose. When Caron slowly lowered his head and exhaled a warm breath over her, the bitter scent of tea tickled her nose. For someone who had never been this close to a man, it was a terrifying situation.
She wanted to push his face away and run. Having been taught chastity from a young age, this was a moment of crisis for her.
In this desperate moment, a thought flashed through her mind. Her mother had never given her s*x education, only warning her to avoid any physical contact with men.
Her mother had emphasized that even touching a man’s hand would mean losing her chastity, but her bold second sister had once whispered that one only truly lost chastity through [s*xual intercourse].
Curious Aness had pestered the maid Dana, following her around and begging to be taught what [s*xual intercourse] meant. Embarrassed, Dana had finally explained:
That s*xual intercourse was when a man and woman pressed their lips together and exchanged breaths. She recalled how shocked and flustered she had been at the time. The thought of sharing breath through mouths used for eating food seemed filthy and disturbing.
And now, as Aness blankly stared at Caron’s handsome face, so close she could feel his breath, she thought the same thing.
Yes, if she could just secure the next appointment, maybe it would be alright to lose her chastity. She never dreamed of a life of marriage anyway, and right now, succeeding in this matter was all that mattered to her. Losing her chastity was unavoidable—she could just lie to her mother for the rest of her life.
“Sir, do you…want to do it with me?”
Aness whispered quickly to Caron, who was so close he might kiss her at any moment.
“Just once, it’s possible. I’ll allow it just once, but you must promise to meet me again next time!”
But the highly aroused Caron did not answer. Instead, his lips, now burning hot, pressed against hers without hesitation.
“Mmph!”
Aness had never dated, never even held a man’s hand. Of course, she had never kissed anyone.
But now, she was experiencing her first kiss, hot and intense. Their lips pressed tightly together, and then, under some powerful pressure, her mouth was forced open.
With heavy breathing, something large pushed its way inside. As the hot, wet thing slowly explored her mouth, the startled Aness could only keep her mouth wide open. She had never imagined anything like this. She never thought someone else’s saliva and breath would mix so freely in her mouth.
The real problem was the reaction of the rest of her body. As the other’s tongue thoroughly licked and conquered her mouth, her breath caught, strength left her body, and a purring moan escaped her lips.
Her body was reacting on its own, swaying like seaweed underwater. Alarmed, Aness unconsciously tried to push against his firm chest, only to be shocked again.
This man’s chest was so hard and solid, it felt as if he were wearing armor. Were all men this strong and solid? The thought frightened her even more. Only now did she realize how intimidating men could be.
“Hngh, hngh…”
As she trembled in fear and struggled, the Duke finally released her lips, wiping the saliva from his mouth with the back of his hand. He then gazed down at her, looking quite unsatisfied.
As soon as his sticky lips parted, Aness let out a sigh of relief, thinking it was finally over. Her first experience had been rough and intense, and she was scared by how he seemed determined to suck out all the saliva from her mouth. The sensation of his tongue thoroughly searching between her teeth was so gross she felt she might die.
‘It’s all over now. I barely managed it. But I’ve lost my chastity, so I won’t be able to look my mother in the eye for a while. Still, I achieved my goal, so that’s a relief. He’s of noble status, so he’ll keep his promise.’
Even as she felt relieved, she worried—what if she ended up pregnant because of this? She was just thinking she should at least rinse her mouth clean with water. She was about to sit up.
“!”
The Duke’s hand was slowly exploring where it should not.
