Chapter 10.2
Alvin leaned against the headboard, letting Liat rest against his chest so she could be comfortable.
He traced her feverish skin, finding the familiar path. He pulled aside her thin slip and cupped her soft br*ast. The sweat-soaked skin clung tightly to his palm. He skillfully pinched and twisted her n*pple between his fingers. If he could, he would have taken it in his mouth, but worried about burdening Liat, he didn’t change positions.
With his mouth empty, he nibbled on her soft earlobe.
“Ah!”
He sucked until her earlobe was tender, then trailed his lips down her neck. He licked along the side of her neck, leaving red marks like flower petals, and made a wet trail as he moved behind her. He paused at the scar on her nape and sucked on it.
“Mm, no, not there…!”
She knew it wouldn’t hurt now that it had healed, but whenever something touched the scar, a dull pain surged.
The scar circled her neck, reminiscent of a collar. It felt as if the masked boy, Himbrid from her past, had marked her as his own, and anger welled up.
Alvin had changed. He had to protect their future, not just escape the past where he couldn’t protect Liat.
Deliberately, he bit and sucked on it, leaving his own mark.
“Liat, I’m yours. You know that, right?”
Red bruises covered her nape, making the scar invisible by the time he pulled his lips away.
“So you have to stay by my side forever. If you’re not here, I’ll die.”
Despite his earnest words, his actions were rather beastly. Before she knew it, one of his fingers had slipped beneath her underwear, gently touching her sensitive spot. He teased her, drawing out her desire.
He spoke of heartfelt things while touching her intimately, making Liat smile at his duality. She almost admired it.
“I think I know why your brother calls you a fox.”
When her body began to react, he focused more on her pleasure. Liat, growing impatient with his slow movements, moved her hips.
“There’s no medicine, so this will have to do…”
He fitted a rubber contraceptive onto himself. With his size, it looked as if it might tear, the surface stretched tight and transparent, wrapping around the dark shaft—a sight that left Liat speechless for a moment.
Alvin carefully lifted Liat, aligning her with himself so her head wouldn’t shake.
“Wow… You really are big…”
“If you keep complimenting me, it’ll get even bigger. Didn’t you struggle with the size last time?”
As soon as he finished speaking, it grew larger. While Liat was admiring the elasticity of the contraceptive, the tip, covered by the sheath, found its entrance and pressed forward. After rubbing against her entrance for a while, he penetrated in one swift motion.
“Mmm!”
Liat’s head fell back. The fullness as Alvin pushed deep inside her made her feel completely filled. As he pressed through her wet flesh, Alvin let out a thick breath.
“Maybe it’s because of the cold, but it feels so hot today…”
Feeling the heat of her inner walls, Alvin wondered if his body would melt away—a foolish thought.
“Mm, mm…”
Alvin took her lips. With each deep kiss, he breathed in her warmth, hoping her heat would transfer to him.
As the intense kisses continued, the veins on Alvin’s shaft swelled inside her. The pressure against her inner walls was too much, and Liat turned her head away, breaking the kiss.
“No more kissing…”
He regretted not being able to see her face from behind. Alvin urged her to turn toward him, but with something the size of a child’s arm inside her, Liat could only gasp for breath.
Alvin reminded himself that Liat was still sick, trying to soothe his frustration.
Her breath by his ear sent chills down his spine. Alvin ran his hand over the goosebumps on her skin, then slipped his arm behind her knees to lift her.
“…What are you doing?”
“I’ll do the moving, so just relax. I’ll take care of everything today.”
“Just lying still isn’t my style…”
“Just for today, please? Is that okay?”
She glanced at him and saw his sharp eyes drooping like a puppy, filled with desire and concern for her.
“Alright. But only for today.”
“Of course.”
Alvin’s innocent smile was so cute that she kissed his chin with a smack.
“So cute.”
After scratching his chin, Liat let her body relax. Her soft pink hair spilled over his shoulder.
“But don’t overdo it. I might really pass out.”
“…”
“Promise?”
“…I’ll try.”
He lifted and lowered her, moving gently inside her. The thick liquid made sticky sounds with each slow movement.
Liat liked when Alvin moved quickly, but she found the slow pace surprisingly pleasant. She could feel the steady pulse of his body inside her, sensing his pleasure.
“…You really do like me, huh?”
“It’s a shame you didn’t realize until now.”
Alvin flexed his arms tightly.
The size of his feelings was immeasurable.
Even if it was Liat.
Alvin felt more than love for Liat. If he revealed his entire heart, gentle Liat would be shocked but still embrace him.
Compared to filthy Himbrid, Alvin was innocent, but he also understood the dark obsession and possessiveness that made him want to keep Liat by his side.
‘Even if I have to tie her up…’
But he’d never confess his desires honestly, not even in a lifetime.
Love turned him into a sculptor. Alvin chose the prettiest part of his heart, polished it, and offered it to Liat.
She never needed to know his darker side. Alvin was willing to color his life with lies for Liat’s sake. Even those lies would be happiness for him.
“I love you, Liat.”
“Hm, I… I love you too.”
Her shy reply made his hips jerk upward, losing control for a moment.
“Ah!”
Let’s call such moments exceptions. Alvin justified himself and gently withdrew, rocking his body again.
Liat trembled at the pleasure that flooded in without effort. His breath was rough by her ear, but his movements were gentler than ever.
The thick object moving in and out of her seemed to swell even more, but Alvin, sweating, avoided rough movements.
“Huff, your head doesn’t… hurt, does it?”
Sweat beaded on Alvin’s forehead. His expression was more like someone enduring hardship than sharing intimacy, and Liat sighed.
Feeling a little teased, she recalled the joy of rougher moments and wanted more. While Alvin was distracted, marking her neck, Liat dropped her hips down, making him penetrate deeply.
“Mmm!”
“Ugh! Please… please! Mm. Don’t move like that…”
To ride the waves of greater pleasure, Liat pleaded with a desperate moan, urging Alvin to move, but he only bit his lip and stopped even his slow thrusts.
He had just been talking about caring for Liat, but if he lost himself in the pleasure of coupling like a mere animal, he felt he would despise himself.
“If you keep doing that… I’ll be in trouble… I’m already at my limit, so…”
“If I was really sick, do you think I’d ask you to hold me? I took the medicine and I’m better, so, hm, what do you think you should do?”
Liat stroked his chest with her palm.
“You told me not to turn away from my feelings. Don’t you know what I want right now?”
She licked Alvin’s swollen, red lips, which he had bitten and sucked.
“Hmm? Alvin.”
To ignore a lover who smiled and seduced so gently seemed a greater wrong.
Alvin relaxed the arm that held Liat aloft, hiding himself deep inside her. Then he gripped her hips and pulled out to the entrance. Her inner walls tightened as if to keep him from leaving.
“I told you in advance. You asked for this, Liat.”
The familiar way of passing the blame.
Alvin smiled faintly. What had changed since childhood was only his acting skills and body size. He always left important decisions to her.
If she remembered the past, she would remember that day as well. She always took all the blame, saying it was her fault.
Suddenly, he felt melancholy. Was there a reason for someone like her to love someone like him? Even if there was, it didn’t change the fact that she was too good for him.
And yet, he couldn’t bear to be apart from her…
Poor Liat. She’d gotten herself caught in a mess.
“But you still love me, right?”
“What are you saying? I told you earlier, hm, didn’t I?”
“I want to hear it again, okay? Say it.”
With the tip still hooked at the entrance, Alvin turned her body. The head of his shaft, spinning inside her, stayed firmly caught at the entrance, not slipping out even as he turned her. Supporting Liat’s waist and nape like he was cradling a baby, Alvin laid her on the bed and laughed softly.
He found Liat, completely enveloped in his shadow, so lovely.
