Chapter 4
Ellie, unable even to scream, tightly wrapped her legs around Cal’s hips and trembled in org*sm, losing consciousness for a moment.
When her mind flickered back, Ellie thought, Wow, this is crazy. The pleasure from just moments ago was still vivid. Then, when she absentmindedly turned her head, she found the handsome face holding her and thought again,
‘Wow, even his sleeping face is crazy?’
Ellie stared blankly at the sleeping man’s face, then came to her senses. To lose consciousness during s*x—this was a first. She must have been out for quite a while. When she checked her body belatedly, she found herself clean and soft, as if Cal had wiped her down. His aftercare was excellent.
Good-looking face, good body, and even though he hadn’t been taught much about s*x, he was plenty skilled—he was sure to become popular soon. The fact that she was the first to claim such a man filled her with a strange satisfaction.
Ellie slowly sat up. As she moved, Cal’s arm twitched and seemed to pull her back in his sleep. Ellie gently patted Cal’s shoulder and carefully slipped out of bed. Her waist and legs were stiff—it had truly been a blissful night.

The next day, as Ellie went to work and did her usual tasks, everyone she met commented that she looked well. Ellie smiled and replied she’d slept well. Out of sight, she sometimes had to tap her waist, but it wasn’t much of a problem.
‘This is it. A healthy s*x life is not only good for health, it makes you feel good too.’
Ellie even hummed a tune, and her colleagues kept asking what was going on, but she just laughed.
After organizing the loan list and the overdue list, Ellie was the last to leave the library when someone appeared in front of her.
“Ellie.”
At the sound of her name, Ellie looked up. With the sunset as a backdrop, the handsome face made her unconsciously mumble, Wow, he’s handsome. But she quickly snapped out of it.
Wait, how did he get here?
He was handsome, and she admitted he was her type, but this wasn’t a face she expected to meet outside. She was momentarily flustered, but as she tried to pass by pretending not to know him, Cal grabbed her arm.
“Ellie?”
Ellie sighed and turned around. His innocent gaze, not understanding the situation, made her heart soften for a moment. It’s just because that face is so much her type!
The secret night was meant to stay as just that night. Ellie had never once extended a connection from Nyx out into the world, but for some reason, she couldn’t be cold to that face.
Sigh. Cal flinched at her repeated sighs, but even so, his hand holding Ellie’s arm didn’t let go.
“Cal, coming to find me like this isn’t proper manners.”
Ellie spoke gently, as if teaching a student.
“What should I do?”
“Well, the things at Nyx…”
Ellie trailed off, cleared her throat, and looked around. There were still people in front of the library at closing time. If they talked here, tomorrow everyone would ask if she was dating, so Ellie decided to move.
“Eight o’clock. Let’s meet at the same place as yesterday.”
Ellie tiptoed and whispered in Cal’s ear, then stepped away. She left the front of the library before Cal could grab her again.
Good. Since she was teaching, she might as well teach some more. Connections made at Nyx stay only there. She should also let him know that being cute because he knows nothing is only for now, and maybe teach him how to pick a good partner, too.
As the first to discover a promising new sprout, Ellie’s lips curled in a smile, thinking she would water him generously so he could grow quickly.
…She was thinking such easygoing thoughts, but suddenly Ellie came to her senses and grabbed Cal’s face, meeting his eyes. His gaze, flushed with pleasure, was s*xy.
“Ah, ah! Ahh!”
Cal thrust his hips strongly, devouring Ellie’s lips. His soft tongue parted her lips, pouring moans into her mouth and invading inside. The kiss, entwining their tongues and sucking, sent chills down Ellie’s spine.
“Mm!”
Cal swallowed all of Ellie’s moans and released inside her. The feeling of warmth spreading throughout brought Ellie to climax as well. Cal, holding her tightly as her body stiffened so much her waist lifted, kissed Ellie’s face over and over.
“Ellie, Ellie. Haa. I was so disappointed last night when you passed out.”
It was only their second night, but Cal acted as if he knew everything about Ellie, perfectly without needing any more words. In the ticklish afterglow, Ellie, relaxed, thought back to how she ended up in bed with him again.
When Ellie arrived at Nyx at the promised time, Cal immediately grabbed her. He must have been waiting for some time, and the way he clung to her was like a puppy finding its owner, making Ellie unable to hold back her laughter.
As they faced each other over drinks, Ellie became the educator.
“Cal, here, you can do anything as long as both agree, but only here. The rule is that what happens in Nyx stays in Nyx, and outside, you pretend not to know.”
When she said this, Cal looked displeased.
“So, does that mean I can only meet you here?”
“Not just me, but anyone else you meet, too.”
When Cal’s fine brow furrowed, Ellie laughed and pressed between his brows.
“Cal, are you from the North?”
“Yes.”
“I thought so. Northern people find Southern culture a bit open, right?”
Ellie’s type was a typical northern man—fair skin, blue eyes. She often met the few northern men who visited Nyx, and their reactions were similar to Cal’s at first.
“I don’t meet people from here outside.”
“Why not?”
“Well, this place is like a dream.”
Cal looked as if he couldn’t understand.
“Try experiencing different things here, Cal. Should I introduce you to someone else?”
“No. I don’t want that.”
Ellie blinked at his immediate answer. She thought he was a puppy, but his suddenly cold face seemed more like a fierce tiger. Even though they hadn’t spent much time together, his expression of real aversion was unfamiliar.
“Ellie, do you not like me?”
But soon his expression softened again, and Ellie burst out laughing.
“Of course not. Your face is my type. And the s*x was excellent.”
At Ellie’s praise, Cal’s ears turned red.
“I don’t want to meet lots of people. Ellie, I only want to meet you. I want you to only meet me, too.”
There was a hint of possessiveness in his words. But, already captivated by Cal’s face, Ellie quickly brushed away any uneasiness.
