Even If You Run Away
Synopsis
“It feels like I’m going to tear apart…”
At Yein’s muttered words, the man, Taeheon, let out a rough breath.
“I tried to make it easy for you, prepared everything, and yet nothing works, does it?”
As Taeheon leaned down, her soft chest pressed against his firm one. Her tender n*pples, already teased and swollen, made Yein squirm uncomfortably, shifting her upper body. But no matter how she moved, she couldn’t escape his touch. Being pinned beneath him meant there was no avoiding him.
“Why do you keep making me so impatient?”
Taeheon whispered, his voice laced with a deep growl that sent shivers down her spine.
“If I indulge all your whining, we won’t even finish by sunrise.”
“I want a divorce.”
How could it be so easy?
The words that spilled from her lips left Yein in mild shock.
At first, their relationship had been secretive, then it became passionate.
Yein had foolishly dared to hope that they could become a family.
But trust had been betrayed, expectations trampled.
She had forgotten for a moment that betrayal and humiliation had always been the constants in her life.
“Say that again. I must have misheard you.”
Taeheon’s face bore no anger, only an icy, impassive expression that froze her in place.
“You got everything you wanted from me. Now, let me go.”
“You love me. What will you do without me?”
His piercingly dark eyes, so deep they reflected a faint bluish hue, and his confident tone struck a chord of despair deep within her.
“I loved you.”
But not anymore.
She could no longer let him hold her. For the sake of the child she would bring into the world, Yein vowed that no one would suffer the humiliation and pain she had endured.
Whatever it takes.
