Runaway Secretary - Chapter 73
CHAPTER 73
Yeonseo’s body floated up gently.
“Now, wait a moment, your arm…”
Their lips met again. He stood up, picked her up, and headed for the bedroom.
All day he claimed to be in pain, but it seemed like it was a lie. The arms that held her were sturdy.
The straps of her robe slipped off the moment the fluffy sheets touched her back. Her complete form was revealed in an instant. Taeheon was always quick, then and now.
Their briefly entwined, hot lips were restless. Yeonseo lifted her upper body slightly.
“I’ll do it tonight.”
“What do you mean by that?”
A large hand overlapped Yeonseo’s hand. Taeheon inserted his fingers, clasping the delicate flesh seamlessly.
As he did so, he buried his lips in her tender neck. The back that had lifted was again pressed into the sheet due to the aftermath.
“Taeheon, you’re hurt.”
Her neck tingled, and she whimpered as she twisted her body.
“So what?”
“You shouldn’t push yourself, so I…….”
“Holding back more is even harder.”
Taeheon stroked Yeonseo’s lower belly with his large hand. His gaze traveled there as well.
Her lower abdomen was slightly swollen. The presence of a child had grown day by day, just like this.
As time passed, the relationship between the two of them was expected to become more stable. Thinking that way, she wished time would pass quickly.
“Do you know how much I’ve endured, fearing that both of you might get hurt?”
“The reason for enduring… is it because of the b*by?”
“What else? Night after night, pulling out alone, is there a reason to endure?”
Taeheon laughed bitterly. It wasn’t that he couldn’t do it because he was injured, but because he didn’t want to strain the pregnancy.
“But your arm…”
“The injured part is the arm. My c*ck is perfectly fine.”
As Yeonseo dispelled the misunderstanding, Taeheon pounced on her, a burst of affection sweeping over her in an instant.
His lips and touch were both gentle and rough. As if unable to resist, Taeheon explored her. She embraced all of him, openly and without restraint.
As he rushed toward her like a rainstorm, Yeonseo felt like she had become the ground. Sometimes it stung, and there was a tingling pain, but she surrendered herself to the pl*asure of the body.
If she could, she wanted to absorb all of him. His soothing voice drifted through the humid air.
Beyond the open terrace door, the rain marched heatedly. Taeheon followed suit.
To give the whimpering Yeonseo a break, Taeheon stood up, straightening his waist then sat down. Yeonseo blinked her eyes to clear her blurry vision. Moisture clung to his chest and jaw, which never sweated even in summer.
Compared to before, their actions weren’t more intense. However, Taeheon’s chest seemed to swell more roughly than before, repeating the expansion and contraction as if it were more challenging.
“If you look at me like that, I’ll go crazy.”
“…Ugh, it feels like it’s moving.”
“Where did you learn such naughty words? I never taught you that.”
“Uh, I don’t know.”
“It’s useless if you beg for more and then pull away like that.”
Taeheon chuckled wickedly. But then he resumed the act with a cautious movement.
His waist undulated like waves. The fervent sensations that had been simmering in the wide-open space heated Yeonseo from head to toe.
The sensuous feelings that were rippling exploded intensely. Taeheon once again inserted his fingers, kissing Yeonseo’s cheeks, eyes, nose, and lips.
Their thoroughly w*t bodies sank into the sheets. Taeheon grabbed Yeonseo’s tousled hair.
Yeonseo shuddered slightly, the pl*asure overwhelming.
“Stop…….”
“Not yet.”
Lying behind Yeonseo, Taeheon pulled her petite body closer, planting kisses on her neck. Her small figure trapped in his arms squirmed.
The process of being engulfed by him felt close to euphoria. Yeonseo, swept away by joy to the point where her jaw trembled sweetly, squirmed and cried.
The sound of rain was close and rhythmic. Taeheon pressed their bodies closer together and spoke in a hushed voice.
“Yeonseo, not yet.”
His voice conveyed that his love was just beginning.
*
The snow that had stopped was replaced by more snow. Since the New Year in January, a lot of snow has fallen. The heavy snowfall made Taeheon’s heart even more uneasy as he went to work, leaving Yeonseo behind.
Unable to control or supervise Yeonseo, who insisted on going for a walk fully bundled up for her daily stroll, he was left anxious.
The weekdays went by, and before he knew it, it was the weekend. Taeheon suddenly had to go to work, and Yeonseo headed down to Yongin ahead of him.
The house in Yongin was undergoing renovations. After the renovations, it was planned to be used as a vacation home. Due to the distance between Yongin and Taeheon’s workplace, and the environment not being suitable for raising a child, they decided to use it as a vacation home.
The couple’s house was also about to be moved. They planned to move to a luxurious villa with a yard, suitable for raising a child.
Taeheon got out of the car with an umbrella to shield himself from the snowflakes, which had grown quite thick. Clutching the black umbrella, he hurried up the stairs.
“Oh my, Director, you’re here?”
“What brings you here?”
Yeongrye, who had been in charge of managing the Yongin house before, greeted Taeheon at the entrance. Somehow, her expression seemed uneasy.
“Yeonseo, no, my wife asked me to take a look at the construction situation today, so I came.”
After the construction was finished, Yeongrye decided to help with household chores as before. Taeheon remembered that she had said that she would call him sooner or later, as there would be some areas where his opinion would be needed.
“Where is she?”
“Well… She went out for a walk earlier, but she hasn’t come back yet. I was going out to look for her when you arrived.”
Taeheon picked up the phone. When he had called before leaving, she hadn’t mentioned going for a walk.
A walk in this weather. It was obvious she hid it because she knew he would object.
As Taeheon listened to the tedious ringtone, he scanned his surroundings with his eyes. Regardless of where she was, it was dangerous outside in this thick snowfall.
“Madam isn’t answering the phone. Ugh. I don’t know how many times I’ve called.”
“Did she go to the mountains?”
“Probably… Oh, sir! Sir! You should take your umbrella!”
Taeheon quickly ran down the stairs. Even though it was a walking path, the snowy mountain was dangerous.
Although the path was almost flat, pregnant Yeonseo had to be careful about everything. She could easily slip and fall. As Taeheon started running, it took only a moment to reach the walking trail at his speed.
The snow-covered trees looked dreary today. A sense of discomfort, as if something weak had been devoured, permeated the air, and curses slipped out.
Even though the hems of his trousers were buried in deep snow, he didn’t stop and continued searching for Yeonseo. At some point, he saw her sitting on a bench.
“Han Yeonseo.”
He called out to her and picked up his pace. Yeonseo, who was crouching, looked at him. Her eyes widened in surprise, then she smiled slightly and stood up.
That day. The day I first saw you.
Yes, Taeheon didn’t forget the day he first saw Yeonseo.
The day he handed her the envelope at the hospital.
The day he’d thanked her for helping Mrs. Kang, he could still see it clearly.
Han Yeonseo emitted a faint powder fragrance. Short, well-groomed nails, smooth skin, crescent-shaped eyes, a clear voice.
She was so ordinary, just like any other person carrying kindness in her body.
The preserved Yeonseo, somewhere in his memory, occasionally came to mind. And when they met again, Yeonseo holding the net string of the swing brought back the memories he uncomfortably kept.
That’s why he was awkward. He didn’t know love, so he assumed it was s*xual desire, and he didn’t want to share it with others, so he hurt her.
Everything about Yeonseo was good. He wanted to possess everything.
“Haa…”
Taeheon let out a short, ragged breath. Standing up, Yeonseo opened her eyes and greeted him.
From the padded jacket that covered her calves to the fur boots and the neck warmer wrapped around her face.
Although it was ridiculous and hilarious to see her in such a tightly armed outfit, seeing her intact like this brought relief.
It seemed like the strained and uncertain atmosphere had returned to its place.
“I’m sorry I startled you, it’s just that it snowed so hard all of a sudden…… that I thought it would be better to stay here than move around……..”
“You… always.”
It was always love. From the beginning until now, it was love.
Yes, she turned away like escaping after handing over the envelope of money.
She couldn’t look at him properly from the beginning. She ran away like a coward because she didn’t know the source of her wavering heart.
“You’re driving me crazy.”
Yeonseo spread her arms. Even the demand to be embraced was incredibly beautiful.
Although I couldn’t completely wash away the ugly mistake of begging for love by trampling on my self-esteem,
Still, if you reach out to me like this first, can I think of it as being forgiven for my sins?
Taeheon stomped up to the gazebo. Instead of a hug, Taeheon pulled a ring from his inner pocket.
A silver ring with a perfectly beautiful gem embedded in it.
Considering the appropriate size that Yeonseo would accept, the production took longer than expected.
“… Taeheon.”
From ‘Sir Taeheon’ to ‘Taeheon’.
And occasionally, a pouting informal tone.
Would you laugh if I told you that I wanted to scream every time I noticed the growing distance between us?
Of course, you would, because you’re dazzling.
“Let’s get married.”
Yeonseo’s belly was now convex enough that anyone could tell she was pregnant. Today marks 24 weeks and 3 days. She was already in her seventh month of pregnancy.
The b*by is expected to be born around the end of April. Considering the approaching due date, the proposal seems belated.
“Let’s get married and be together. Raise our child and be together forever, even after death… I want that.”
As Taeheon reached out his hand, Yeonseo readily extended her left hand.
“I’m late, aren’t I?”
Yeonseo pursed her lips. Then she pointed to the envelope in Taeheon’s hand.
“What’s that?”
“A marriage registration form.”
“Marriage registration?”
“I can’t wait until the wedding.”
So let’s become a married couple now.
Yeonseo, however, didn’t immediately respond.
