Wednesday’s Knight

Lara, a low-ranking accountant working for the Imperial Knight Order, wanders off after witnessing the infidelity of her long-time lover, and heads to ‘Wednesday’s Knight’, an old pub in front of the knight order.
There, she comes face to face with Jack, a handsome man whose strange gaze is fixed intensely on her. After receiving his help—which was not quite help—she ends up spending the night with him in her drunken state……

“Have you forgotten everything, even that you said you would take responsibility?”

The next morning, to the man who smiles and tells her to take responsibility for him since everything was his first time, Lara hands over some money, claiming it is the price for tolerating her drunken behavior, and hastily runs away.
But not long afterward, Lara spots Jack among the newly enlisted low-ranking knights……

“Who might you be?”
“Have you forgotten again?”
“……”
“It’s all right. I remember everything.”
